valentine special

This is a day late- this was sorta rushed so if it seems kinda incomplete, I'm sorry :')

(Y/n) was well aware that as school council president, he would be receiving many gifts on Valentine's day. He didn't think it would be to the point where he himself couldn't carry all the chocolates and roses.

"Are you sure you don't need help with all that (Y/n)?" "I'll be fine Takashi. You can go home if you'd like." Mitsuya hesitantly nods and leaves the room, making (Y/n) sigh.

"Sometimes I hate myself for not being able to ask for help..." He attempted to put everything in his bag but failed in doing so. He tried for another 10 minutes before giving up. "Maybe I can ask the office for some bags?" 

"(Y/n) san?" Looking up, (Y/n) mentally sighed in relief as he sees who it is. "Mido san! Are you staying after school for council work?" Mido, the vice president, shook their head. "Ah, no. I was just about to head home. What are you still doing here?" 

The boy didn't say anything and just pointed at the pile of gifts he had. Mido sweatdropped before entering the room. "I..I can help you pack all these up if you'd like? I have some extra bags with me." "O-Oh? I don't want to keep you from going home though."

Mido shook their head and smiled as they sat next to (Y/n). "No need to worry about that (Y/n) san. Now, let us start counting and organizing!"

"13..14...15..16..17..18 roses, 16 boxes of chocolate and 15 Valentine cards. It's a lot more than last year huh?" "How am I supposed to carry all this home..?" (Y/n) and Mido had gotten all of (Y/n) given gifts and began putting all the gifts in some bags.

 Making sure he didn't miss anything, (Y/n) carried the bags with little effort in one arm, leaving the other arm free for his school bag. "Sometimes I forget that you're incredibly fit, (Y/n) san." "Haha, I suppose no one expects me to be strong."

"Thank you, Mido san." "Anytime!" Saying goodbye, (Y/n) was about to walk away when Mido calls on him again. "(Y/n) san!" "Mhm?"

Mido hesitates before getting a gift box from their bag and giving it to (Y/n). "What's this?"

"W-Well, I noticed that you're a rather big fan of accessories, and when we went shopping together, you were looking at these certain necklaces. So, I got it for you as a gift! I also bought a whole bunch of strawberry milk, snacks and bracelets for Akane and Akira too! I, uh hope you like them all!"

The necklaces were quite simple yet gorgeous. One of them has a small gold angel, as the other had a small, shimmering white gem. (Y/n)'s eyes glistened as he looked at the gifts.

"T-This is...! The necklaces and bracelets were almost over $100 each! You didn't have to spend so much on me you know..." Mido had a smile, looking to the side muttering.

"I mean, it's for you, so the price doesn't really matter to me..." (Y/n) gently dropped everything from his hands before softly hugging Mido.

"(Y-Y/n) san?!" "Thank you very much, Mido san. I love this gift. I know Akane and Akira will be so happy with all this." He let go and gave Mido a smile.

Mido swore they just saw an angel as (Y/n) smiled. "Y-Your smile!" (Y/n) then began to panic, thinking his smile wasn't nice. "Huh? Did I smile weirdly? Oh god this is why I stopped smiling in front of others!" "N-No! Not at all! It wasn't weird at all trust me! It's just that..."

Mido played with their sleeve with a red face. "You, uh, look really c-cute when you smile." "O-Oh..."

The two stood in silence, both having flustered faces. (Y/n) certainly wasn't used to compliments like this. He had stopped smiling due to multiple incidents in the past, so a compliment about his smile was something he really needed.

"Thank you. About the gifts and the, um, compliment. No one's said something so nice about my smile before." (Y/n) smiles once more before getting all the gifts and left, leaving Mido with a large smile and red cheeks.

"Mhm? When'd you get the necklace, (Y/n) chin?" (Y/n)'s cheeks turned red as he thought of Mido. "(Y/n) chin, you're turning red." "O-Oh, am I?" Mikey's eyes turned dark as (Y/n) attempted to speak without being flustered.

'Did (Y/n) chin find a lover? it couldn't be. He's meant to be with me.' "I got it just today actually. I-It was from one of the council members." Mikey stayed silent after that, which (Y/n) decided not to question.

"I gotta go (Y/n) chin. There's a Toman meeting I need to attend." "Oh alright. I need to head back to Akane and Akira anyway. I'll see you tonight with everyone else." "Yeah!"

With (Y/n) now gone, the smile on Mikey's face quickly went away as he brought up his phone to make a call.

"Mitsuya, what you said is true. We need this person gone."
