[2] A Night to Forget

[Chapter C/W: Strong Language]

The next couple of days were much easier for Kohaku to get accustom to. Iguro san was right when she said that the fourth years were all good kids. There aren't any trouble makers as far as she can see. While some are more energetic than others, they all behave very well. Finally the day had come though. Friday. The daycare was actually open in Saturday, but it's different from normal daycare. Not as many students attend since most parents are usually home on the weekends. The day was winding down and most of the students in the class were heading home with their parents to enjoy the weekend together.

"Ok everyone, time for today's last activity! Let's learn the names of animals in English!" She says brightly.

The students respond excitedly. If they only knew how difficult it was to actually learn this language. Kohaku studied the language all though out school and can still only do basic conversations, but apparently it's good enough.

Kohaku proceeds to play a video on the TV for the students to watch. The video goes through the names of the animals in English and the second time the video is played, the students chant along.

"Ok, can anyone tell me what this is in English?" Kohaku points to a picture of a dog.

Many students shoot their hands up saying "Me! Me! Me!"

Kohaku chuckles and calls on a student,

"Ok Iguro san, what's this?" She asks motioning to the pink haired boy.

"Ummm, it's dog!"(*1)

"That's right!" Kohaku responds in English.

Nothing warms their hearts more than getting the answer of a foreign language right. They are all too eager to show off and it's cute.

"Ok next..." Kohaku says putting the next picture up for the students to see.

"ME ME! I know!" The fiery Riku says nearly jumping out of her seat.

"Ok, Rengoku san, what is it?" Kohaku says motioning to the picture of the tiger."

"T-tiger!" The small child says standing confidently.

"That's right!" Kohaku says giving a thumbs up.

"Yes! I did it!" She says happily as she sits down.

"Ok last one, What's this?" Kohaku says holding a photo of a cat.

The students all shoot their hands up again yelling "Me! Me~!"

"Let's see... Uzui San!" She says motioning to the fuchsia eyed child.

The sliver haired girl stands, pushing her chair in.

"Cat!" She says motioning to her shirt which also shows a cat.

"Cute! That's right!" Kohaku says.

"Good job everyone! Let's get cleaned up and ready to go home." She adds.

"Ok~!" The students all say.

After cleaning time was over and the room was spotless, the students again started to leave one by one as their parents came to pick them up. By now it was down to the last two.
