Chapter 16: Fucking boys.

The next morning was like any other... other then the boy who you had to drag along with you. You now saw why he always missed class, he wasn't a morning person. You had to grab him by his ankles and rip him form your bed basically.

You groaned as you pulled him for the bed, his ass eventually hitting the floor with a thud. That seemed to wake him up as his eyes fully opened and he growled.
"What!?"

"We leave for school in ten minutes. Now hurry up and get dressed."
You let go of him and dusted your hands and turned to leave but a hand grabbed the back of your leg, causing you to fall onto your hands and knees

Your head shot to Kyotani who had a Devious smirk on his face. He was obviously staring at your ass but you quickly scurried to your feet.
"I'll leave you with Oikawa and Iwaizumi if you don't hurry."
You stated as you hurried out your room to eat.

It was a few moments before Kyotani joined you downstairs in the kitchen. He was in his uniform but his tie was terribly tied causing you to groan.
"Kyotani how have you survived til now."

You groaned as you stood from the table and stopped him in his tracks to tie his tie. Kyotani had a small smirk on his face as he watched you tie it.

"Grump why don't you help me with my tiiiiee!"
Oikawa whined from the table as he picked at his food.

"Cause yours doesn't hurt to look at."
You straightened out Kyotani's tie before patting his chest.
"There. Grab some toast and eggs but eat fast."

Kyotani nodded, briefly glancing at Iwaizumi before going to grab food. It didn't hit you until then that Kyotani had likely did that on purpose to show off to Iwaizumi. You growled slightly as you sat back down at the table.

"Something wrong Grump?"
Oikawa snapped his finger in front of you to get your attention.

"Fucking boys..."
You mumbled back at him as you started to eat your food again.

It was a silent breakfast and walk to school, Iwaizumi and Kyotani on either side of you like before. There was a moment of peace as all three boys discussed practice later in the day until Kyotani spoke.
"You gonna cheer me on right."
Kyotani gently took his hand in yours as he talked to you.

You ripped your hand away from him and raised an eyebrow.
"Not if you keep fucking up your set ups. It's not all spiking y'know."
You scolded Kyotani with a small sigh.

"And Oikawa! You are getting to cocky with your serves since the game with Kurasano. Fix it up. Iwaizumi.... you are doing pretty good actually."
You shrugged as Kyotani and Oikawa looked at you in amazement.

"What about him!?"
Oikawa and Kyotani yelled in unison, causing Iwaizumi to laugh.

"What... other then his focus slipping a bit he's been doing good."
You explained, looking between the boys before laughing a bit.
"What?"

"I think you are Playing favorites my dear."
Iwaizumi chuckled as he set his hand on your shoulder which you shrugged off.

"I'm being honest."
You sighed as you arrived at the gate of the school.
"See you at practice and remember what I said."
You called to Iwaizumi and Oikawa as you split from them.

"What's wrong with my set ups..."
Kyotani quietly asked as you walked to your classroom.

"You get to eager and don't try. You aren't the ace by the way."
You pointed out, not even looking at Kyotani.

Kyotani growled slightly at the thought of being second to Iwaizumi. You stopped and turned to him as soon as he started to complain.
"Next year... then you will be."
You smiled as your hand went to Kyotani's face in an attempt to cheer him up.

A smile spread across Kyotani's face as he nodded. His hands tightened into fists as he stared at you.
"I'll become the ace and then you'll cheer for me."

You clicked your tongue and pulled away from him, going into science class.
"Maybe."

"What do you mean maybe?"
Kyotani's questioned as he followed you into the classroom.

"You need to learn to control your emotions better... Iwaizumi can be a hothead too but he keeps it pretty cool on the court."
You further explained as you took you seat at your usual desk, followed by Kyotani.

He growled in response, once again being compared to Iwaizumi.
"Don't compare me to him..."
There was a brief silence before Kyotani leaned in and whispered into your ear.
"Beside... I thought you liked it when I lost control like last night."

Your face instantly went aflame as you swatted Kyotani away from you. You would of yelled at him if the teacher hadn't walked in right at the moment. The boy was saved.

The rest of the class went by normally. At the end of class however Kyotani stood by the desk in wait for you.
"You want something? A treat like a good puppy."
You teased as you stood, tossing your bag over your shoulder.

"I want to walk you to your next class."
He simply said, following behind you as you left the class.

"Kyo... this is getting awfully couple-y..."
You frowned slightly as you looked at him. You really didn't want him to get the wrong message, especially with you stuck between him and Iwaizumi.

"It is? I thought this would fit into the friends category aswell."
Kyotani said flatly which made you confused on whether he was joking or not.

"Whatever it is... just don't get the wrong idea."
You rolled your eyes as you arrived at your next class. You gave Kyotani a small wave and sent him off.
