Mercy (Kyotani/Maddog)

27: Puppy

Diner was a bit awkward between Kyotani and his dad, your mom and you carrying most of the conversation. When you hung out with his family you released how much Kyotani and his dad were alike.

After diner you returned to Kyotani's room and finished cleaning up your homework from his bed. When you turned back to to Kyo he was holding out a shirt towards you. You hesitantly took the shirt from him and unfolded it before looking it over.
"You need something to sleep in...."

You smiled as you took a step closer to Kyotani, him unmoving.
"I could just wear what I am now. Do you want me to wear this."

Kyotani rolled his eyes and stepped away from you and went to clean up his desk. You laughed a bit before starting to change your clothes, once again you caught Kyotani stealing glances at you but this time as you changed.

As soon as you were done changing you flopped down onto Kyo's bed and yawned. You rolled onto your stomach and smelt his sheets and the shirt... even more so. You heard Kyotani chuckled and instantly turned your head to him.

"You look like an obsessed teenage girl."
Kyotani teased as he went to change aswell. You threw the closet pillow to you at him and Kyotani jumped before grabbing the pillow from the floor and tossing it back to you. You pulled the pillow tightly into your body and sat up a bit.

Kyotani stared at you for a moment with a sweet smile before going over to you, half dressed, and resting his hands on either side of your body.
"You are too cute."

You reached up and cupped the sides of Kyotani's face as you smiled back up at him.
"Am I now?"

Kyotani slowly nodded before leaning closer and kissing your lips gently before pulling away.
"Finish getting ready for be Sweetheart"

You hummed as he pulled away from you, watching him go back to his dresser to change.
"That's my name...."

Kyotani laughed in response to you and quickly changed before tackling you to the bed.
"What my name then?"
Kyotani asked as he pulled you close into his body.

"Maddog.... Kyo... Puppy then!"
You smirked as you rested your head on Kyotani's chest.

Kyotani's body instantly tensed and his face went cold.
"No... sweetheart.. I can't... I have a reputation."
Kyotani's tone was dead serious but you weren't intimidated by him.

"But puppy... I like it..."
You smiled wider the more serious Kyo got.

There was a moment of silent before Kyotani sighed and kissed the side of your face.
"Fine. But only in our rooms."

You laughed and leaned closer to kiss Kyotani as you laughed a bit.
"Got it Kyotani...."

Kyotanis warm hands ran under your shirt and up your spine, sending small jolts of energy through your body. Before it could progress however you quickly pushed away Kyotani from you.
"We... need to sleep."

Kyotani sighed before slowly nodding and standing to go turn off the light.
"Fine.... all night... no funny business."

Kyotani flipped off the light before going to join you in his bed. You quickly drifted off to sleep in Kyotani's arms... without funny business like promised.

The next morning you and Kyotani left early in the morning  so you could get changed before school.

You ran into Iwaizumi outside your house waiting for Oikawa and both of the boys body language became tense. You smiled and waved at Iwaizumi but he was too concentrated on Kyotani to wave back at you.

"You can relax Maddog... I'm not gonna do anything..."
Iwaizumi calmly stated, trying to ease the air between everyone.

Kyotani growled in response and you sighed before speaking.
"Be good. I'll be back."

You told the boys, almost instantly running into your brother, who stopped you from entering the house.
"Where were you last night.... mom said a friend's house..."

"Take a guess Captain."
Kyotani hollered at Oikawa from behind you and you glared back at him. He was just getting back in the team and he wanted to piss off Oikawa.

"I need to change for class. Let me through."
You pushed past Oikawa, into the house and rushed up to your room to change into your clean uniform before rushing back downstairs before a fight broke out between the two feral dogs on your lawn.

To your luck nobody was throwing hands yet but instead were standing on opposite sides of the yard glaring at each other. They looked like two separate packs of street cats squaring up for a fight.

You rushed up to Kyotani and grabbed his arm, starting to pull him away from your house.
"I though you guys would leave."

"Figured we'd walk together... like we usually do..."
Oikawa slowly started to follow after you, his eyes still not leaving Kyotani.

"Fine. I'm not a child."
You half groaned and half sighed as you walked, your grip on Kyotani's arm tightening.

Kyotani's hand reached up to his other arm you were holding onto for dear life and gently grabbed your hand.
"Can I use mercy outside of...."

"Kyo!"
You interrupted him, laughing a bit as you intertwined your hands instead.
"I'm sorry..."
You softly finished your sentence before resting your head against his shoulder.

"Just.... a bit tight."
Kyotani quietly laughed, trying to keep a semi tough guy façade still.

Kyotani...  and Oikawa... and Iwaizumi... all dropped you off at you classroom. You pecked Kyotani on the lips and waved goodbye to the Boys as you disappeared into the classroom.
