"Aight Z look this is you" Mil held up an avatar shirt
"I love the last airbender" I grabbed it from him.
"You wearing it tonight" Kenzie asked
"Maybe not but I'm definitely buying it" I smiled
We all kinda split up and shopped around. I looked at the shirts and the belts on the wall. Spencer's normally isn't very packed and I noticed another group walk in and split up. Two dudes from the group were standing nearby looking at some T-shirts. I overheard them quietly arguing among themselves about if the shirt looked good. An interesting conversation to be having about a graphic tee. I kinda glanced over to see the shirt in question.
It was a simple T-shirt that said nice tits. I assumed they were just joking with each other once the one holding the shirt put it back on the rack.
They walked by me and one them was wearing a cologne so intoxicating I caught myself being overtaken by a wave of a warm fuzzy feeling. I'd never smelt this scent before. Damn. I haven't felt like that in awhile. My last few boyfriends haven't made me feel that way and this one dude walks by me in a Spencer's and I'm taken. I quickly turned to see the guy but he and his friend were out the door.
"Hey girl we ready to head to Rue or Old Navy" Mil came and found me
"Okay let me check out" I walked with him
Damn that smell was still in my nose and that funny feeling is still deep in my gut. We left Spencer's and hit a few more spots before leaving the mall.
They dropped me off home and agreed to meet up here to go to The Underground.
Nan waved to them as they left.
"Hey" I hugged her
"Been out all day" She smiled "enjoy your buddies"
"Yeah I got you something Nan" I dug in a bag and pulled out some small gold hoops.
"Thank you baby" she kissed my cheek "I was just saying a needed a new pair"
"I know that's why I bought them" I laughed
"You got plans tonight" She asked
"Crew is going to the underground to hear this rapper" I shrugged
"Well have fun and stay safe" she smiled
"Im making better choices Nan. I promise" I hugged her
"I hope so baby. You remind me so much of your mother" she smiled
"So I've heard" I walked into my room.
I put some clothes out and laid down to take a nap. However as I laid in bed I remembered that feeling I had from the cologne. It had to be more than the cologne. I'd never smelled anything like it and I've smelled my fair share of colognes. They've never made my body respond that way. It was almost orgasmic. I decided to go take a shower. A cold one at that.
After my shower. I got dressed and headed out to the kitchen. I made myself a sandwich and turned on the tv.
"Heading somewhere" Zion walked in
"The Underground" I smiled
"With" he asked
"Mil and Kenzie" I took a bite of my sandwich
"Have fun stay safe" he grabbed a soda and walked over to kiss my cheek "heavy on the stay safe. Prove Uncle Meech wrong about you"
"Zion I know y'all don't want me to know what goes on but" I hesitated
"Its not to treat you like a kid, its to keep you safe from" he stopped himself "just stop asking"
"Fine" I went back to eating my sandwich
I heard a horn outside and got up to opened the door.
"They're here" I handed Zion my sandwich "see ya" I grabbed my purse and ran out to the car.
I got in and Mil drove off
"Hey sexy" Mil smiled
"Heyy" I grinned "Kenzie cmon with the curls"
"Bitch had to primp ya know" she laughed
"Mil over here smelling like coconut oil" I laughed
"You know it" He smirked
He pulled up to The Underground. We all waved to the bouncer and walked in.
"Mil" His connection aka his cousin walked up to us
"What's good" Mil dapped him
"Ladies" he smiled at us
"Dezzybeats here" Mil asked
"Yeah she bout to go on yall got here just in time" He lead us right to the front of the stage. He hopped up and grabbed a mic.
"Are y'all ready to rock, bop, and hip-hop to the rap style of dezzybeats" he hollered
She came out with her entourage and took the mic.
"First I'd like to thank all y'all for coming out to show love. Secondly DJ turn it up" She yelled
She began rapping a song she called On me. It talked about the pressure she faced trying to start her rap career.
She's definitely won me as a fan. I love the lyrics and the presentation. She finished that song and began rapping a song she called Herself. She said it was about finding self love through failed relationships. Kenzie and I were dancing together when all of a sudden I was lifted up on stage. I came face to face with Dezzybeats. I just smiled really big and kept dancing. This is cool. Kenzie was pulled up too and she danced with us. While dancing I caught a whiff of a very familiar scent. That same feeling came over me again as my nose lead me towards the scent. It's dezzybeats. Damn she got me feeling like this. But it can't be. I'm straight but then again it's her scent not her that's turning me on. She pulled me closer and we were once again face to face. Damn she's fine. I admired her and let her lyrics fill my ears, her cologne, fill my nose, and her looks fill my eyes.
