i sit there, not knowing is my friend karube is alive or not.
The door opens from the room we found the samples.
its that girl.
i look at her.
"That woman...i killed her" i say.
"everybody was forced to play the game." She says.
"it wasnt your fault" she says reasurring me.
"what the hell is all this!" I say.
"who knows? I know i dont" she says.
"but, it amazes me that im willing to do anything, just so that i can survive" she says.
"if we didnt wanna do that, we might aswell just die" she adds.
she walks away.
i sit there.
the white-haired guy still in the same room as the lights turn off.
he looks around.
he looks in the dead womans pocket and finds a piece of paper.
he opens it.
he takes a closer look.
its some scribbles it looks like.
At home..
"my visa ends today" says shibuki.
"i did everything to get into that company" she says as she looks at her work id card.
"i even hooked up with somebody i hated." She says.
"and, i finally got the promotion.." she says.
"ill survive this game!" She says to herself.
"And return to my orginal life.." she adds.
"ARISU! KARUBE!" alex shouts as we walk through the door.
"i cant believe it!" Alex crys.
"i was so scared when you guys didnt come back this morning! Im so glad!" We smile as we hug him crying his soul out.
"alex!!" I say.
"ah, easy" karube says as he limps.
"are you hurt?" Alex asks.
"im okay" karube tells him.
alex nods.
karube gets a banage around his waist.
"thanks" karube says.
"we have to go to that beach place" karube says.
"we might be able to find something." He says.
"like the one in the city where everybody disapeared to?" says shibuki.
"maybe theres a evaction centre?" Karube adds.
"the clostest beaches to us are in, shonan, izu and ito." I say.
"they're so far" says alex.
"we can reach them in time" says karube fiddling with the radio.
"so, what do we think?"
i ask.
"shall we try going?" Asks karube.
"my vote is, for now we trust whatever this is" he puts down the radio on the table.
"and how is alex suppost to go?" Asks  shibuki.
"thats a good point" i say.
"and our visas, they expire today" she adds.
"Then we will have to win the game today, and extend our visas" karube says.
"sound good?" He asks us.
"Then we will go and look for the beach tommorow." He says.
i nod slightly.
"ill go to the beach." karube says.
"no matter what happens" he adds.
"i'll do whatever it takes!
We have to believe theres hope." Karube gulps.
i look out from the bacony and think back to about what that girl said.

i look behind me.
i see the old woman covered in blood for a momment.
im shocked.
"arisu?" Shibuki says.
oh, its shibuki...
she comes out to me.
"whats the matter?" She asks joining me.
"nothing" i say.
it goes silent for a minute.
"say something" she says.
"say something, like what?" I reply.
"Lets see..heard any gossip?" She says.
" i sore somebody die right infront of me" i say.
"but i survived" i add.
"so what should i say?" I ask.
"that you were glad" she looks at me snobly.
i look back at her.
"glad it wasnt you." she smokes her cig.
I look away.
" i didnt think about that but, even so all i thought about was surviving" i reply.
"Ye i get it, i'll tell you something.." she says.
"on my very first game day.." she says.
"everybody died expect me, i didnt wanna die like that" she says.
"what i wanted was to survive" she finshes.
meamwhile, karube was at his old bar.
finding something.
"ah.uh...found it" he says to himself.
it was a wedding ring.
he closes it.
he puts it in his pocket.
who is it for?
"hes late" i say.
The board says "this way to the game arena"
"ye, should we just go?" Shibuki asks.
"no! We wait for karube!" I insist.
"if we dont join the game, we can all die!" She says.
"alex lets go" she says.
"they both have days left on there visa" she says as she looks at me.
i look at them.
i see a flashlight from down the stairs.
"karube!" I say.
"Sorry" he says
"I went to pick up something" karube explains.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN SORRY!" alex yells.
we go silent.
"shibuki and i, for us theres no tommorow." He says.
"whats going on.." karube asks me.
"dont be angry.." karube says.
i watch as they fall apart.
"we are wasting time!" I say.
"come on" karube helps alex.
"thank you." Alex says.
we make our way.
we look around.
we walk to the glowing place.
"lets do this" karube says.
we all walk in.

we walk to the three tables in this room.

"are we going to tear something apart?" Alex asks.
"hmm, ill have this one" karube says.
picking up a weapon.
"those look kinda cool" alex adds.
We pick up a phone.
"entries accepted"
"put on the googles and proceed to the garden"
we look around.
we see a sign "this way"
We put the goggles on.
the chockers clicks onto us
"current particpents"
On the screen it shows us 4.
"what is this.." alex says.
i look at him.
"it must be a tracking fuction" shibuki says.
"what do they want us to do this time?" Karube says.
"regestion is now closed,game will now commence"
"difficulty: seven of hearts"
"hearts?" Says karube.
"hearts isnt that.." i say.
having a
flashback to what nitobe said.
"you play with peoples hearts..you tear them apart..." i say.
"seven, isnt that kind of difficult.." karube says.
"hearts are the worst!" Shibuki says.
"what do we do?" I say.
"game: hide and seek"
"rules: one person will be the wolf and the other three with be the lambs. A lamb found by the wolf will become the next wolf. And must hide so that the wolf camnot find them"
"player with the wolf when game ends is the winner"
"time limit: 15 minutes"
"when 15 minutes is over, the collar on the lambs neck will explode."
"what?" Karube says.
"Explode? What does she mean." Alex asks.
"do you know what this means!" I say.
"know what?" Alex says.
"this means only one player will survive" shibuki says.
"what?" Alex says.
"hide and seek, whoever is the wolf at the end of the game wins.."
she says.
"the other three will be dead!" She shakes.
"thats simple.." she says.
"The first wolf is..ID number 1000247 Alexander."
we all look at him.
"really?" He says.
"game time limit: 15 minutes"
"commence"
Alex trys to take his collar off.
"stop it alex! Dont try to take it off the collar might explode!" I yell.
"i..dont care.." he says nearlly crying.
"stop it!" I yell.
"leave me alone!" He says as he looks at me angryily.
which makes me the wolf.
"arisu.." karube says
I look at him, which makes him the wolf.
"when we lock eyes, the wolf role is passed on.." i say.
"What do we do arisu?" Karube and me lock eyes again which makes me the wolf.
"ITS BULLSHIT" shibuki yells.
i lock eyes with her which makes her the wolf.
she runs.
"shibuki" alex yells.
"the only one that needs to hide in this game is the wolf." Karube says.
"we are gonna die!" Alex cries.
"you will if you do nothing." Karube says.
"SHIBUKI" karube runs after her.
"KARUBE!" Me and alex yell.
"AHHH" karube yells chasing her.
"STOP RUNNINGG, AHH!" he yells.
"SHIBUKI" he yells.
She gets to a dead end.
She hides.
"come out, SHIBUKI!" he yells again.
she runs out her spot to find another.
alex falls as he trys to walk on his crutches.
"SHIBUKI!" karube yells.
"stop running we can firgure a way out of this together!" Alex says.
Through our eye pieces that connect to eachother.
"im sorry!!" She cries.
