A day after the conflict happened
Noah was sitting on the floor in the living room playing with his toys and Jesse was sitting in front of him  while Sophia was running around the house
Jesse="why do you like these blocks you even build with them"he said as he was picking up a block
Noah snatched the block
Jesse=your so stingy
J=he's a baby
Jesse=so I bet when I was a baby I shared
J=you clearly have never met the baby version of your self
Jesse=I bet I was super sweet
J=you know how many times I got called by the daycare because you would hit any kid that grabbed your toys
Jesse=I don't believe that
H=I never heard about this
J=really? Well he was so mean he would kick,hit,bite all of the above if some kid so much as touched his toy
H=now we know where Noah gets it from
Jesse=I still don't believe it
Noah=bro-der
Jesse="you can't even say brother right"he said grinning
H=don't be mean to him
Jesse=I'm not being mean
H=yes you are
Jesse=I'm going to pee
H=why don't you just say you are going to the bathroom
Jesse=because I gotta pee so why not just say I gotta pee, I mean unless you would just rather me say I gotta drain the lizard
J started laughing
H=NO!
Jesse got up and walked to the bathroom
Sophia="dada"she said as she ran to his leg
J="hey baby girl"he said picking her up
H=so we need to talk about yesterday
J=there's nothing to talk about
H=yes there is
J=then what is it? You want me to apologize? Well I'm not going to
H=I'm not asking you to apologize
J=then what do you wanna talk about
H=their my family I just want you to be able to put whatever anger you have behind you because I have
J=I'm not sitting down with him again if your mom wants to come here to see the kids then she is welcome here but I don't want your dad anywhere near them
H=so you would be fine with my mom coming
J=yes she was a victim I have nothing but sorrow for her

J=yeah but like j said I don't want your dad anywhere near our kids
H=okay he won't be until you say it's ok
J talked over to Noah and put Sophia beside him and played
Hailey walked in the kitchen to call her mom
H=hey mom
Her mom=hey did you talk to your husband
H=yes I did
Her mom=okay what did he say
H=he said your welcome to come over and see the kids
Her mom=oh that's great me and your dad can't wait to see them
H=actually mom he said just you can come
Her mom=what?why!
H=mom you know why
Her mom=I know your father made a mistake believe me  I know
H=mom I'm telling you if you want to see your grandkids your welcome to but don't bring dad if you do you'll never see my kids
Her mom=you know I can't believe your siding with him over your dad
H=he's my husband and I love him and he would never hurt me like dad did
Her mom=why can't you give him a chance
H=mom do you want to see the kids or not
Her mom=your dad won't let me come without him you know that
H=then maybe you shouldn't ask for his approval
Her mom=are you insane that'll never happen
H=I just can't imagine being with a man that tries to control my every move
Her mom=he doesn't control my every move
H=then why does he get to tell you if you come over or not
Her mom=I don't have time for this
She hung up
Hailey walked back into the living room but no one was there J has took all the kids outside
Jesse=hey dad
J=yeah?
Jesse=can I ride over to Omari's
J=yeah I don't care
Jesse=okay thanks
He left
H=hey I just called my mom
J=what she say
H=I told her what you said
J="oh I'm sure that went well" he said sarcastically
H=yeah well she said that my dad will not let her come over with out him so I guess she won't be seeing the kids
J=that's sad for her
H=yeah it is
J=God if I ever act like him kick me so hard in the nuts that it takes me back to reality
Hailey laughs
H=oh don't worry I will
J=I'm sorry

J=for the way I couldn't control myself with your dad it's just i look at him and j see how much pain he has caused you
H=I know babe you don't have to apologize I'm glad your that way I always know I have someone to protect me
J=I love you
