Chapter 6: Trip to the Mall

I am still staring at Trevor's comment when I get a new notification from Twitter. I click on it and see Ricky had tweeted a picture of me.

@RickyPDillon- When your favorite teenager is caught off guard...
With a picture of me staring at my phone. I favorite and retweet it. I even comment.

@Katieswizzle101- Wow Ricky! I'm your favorite teenager? Aww poor Trevy :( @TrevorMoran

I laugh and set my phone down. All of the boys were on their phones so I just hop out of the booth and walk to the restroom. I don't need to 'go', I just want to look back at my comments without anyone seeing me do it. Suddenly, I hear people that sound like the boys yelling.

I walk out of the bathroom and am harassed with hugs.

"Girl tell us where you are going or we are gonna go cray-cray!" Ricky says sweetly.

"Katie, you scurred meh!!" Jc adds with a smile.

"Kay, you have to tell us where you are going okay?" Connor says. I nod my head and hug him.

"Sass, you gotta at least let me know. Who cares about them, but you gotta let Little Trevy know." He says smirking. I give him a huge hug and it lasts for what feels like forever.

I feel my phone being removed from my back pocket and hear camera clicks. I let go of Trevor and see the boys are taking pictures. I roll my eyes and grab my phone out of Jc's hands. I look at the picture and set it as my wallpaper without the boys seeing.

We leave the building and walk to the car. We all get in except Trevor sits in the middle and Jc sits at the other window seat this time.

"Hey, Kay, wanna go shopping?" Connor says, looking at me through the mirror.

"OF COURSE! I NEED NEW SNAP BACKS AND BEANIES AND TANK TOPS AND SHORTS!! Oh and question." All of the boys chuckle.

"What's the question?" Connor asks in between laughs.

"Is Kay my new nickname? Because I like it." I say smiling.

"Yeah it is" Connor replies with a smile.

"Wait you don't like the nickname Sass?" Trevor asks acting childish.

"I like Sass, too, Little Trevy. Now I know why they call you that, you act like a baby sometimes." Everyone breaks out in laughter.

Once we are finished laughing, Ricky turns up the radio and Thinking Out Loud by Ed Sheeran is playing.

Trevor bumps my hand and I look over at him.

"I'm sorry." He said blushing.

I zoned out until I heard everyone singing..

Maybe just a touch of a hand

I immediately think of when Trevor accidentally bumped my hand. I turn and look at him at the same time he looks at me. We stare at each other and then both look away at the same time very quickly.

It seems like it took forever, but Connor finally pulls in to the mall parking lot.

"WE IS HURRR GURLLL!!" Ricky yells. I laugh and get out of the car.

I look at Connor for reassurance and he nods so I run in to the mall, very quickly I might add, and run into the first store in sight.

I find some cute tank tops in there and buy them. The next store was Aeropostale. I find so many shorts and a couple headbands in there. I even find a few cute pairs of socks.

We are finally finished shopping and it's around 7 in the evening. I have all of the boys weighed down with bags and I am walking with a small bag holding my new camera in it. I skip to the car and wait for the boys. They place all of the bags in the trunk and climb in the car.

This time I sit in the passneger seat, leaving Ricky in the back by Trevor and Jc. Connor still as the chauffeur. We drive home and I have the boys grab my bags again and bring them to the apartment. I am still carrying the one bag with my new camera in it.

I walk in and run to my room with the boys coming behind me. They set all of the bags down and collapse on the floor.

"I thought the girliest you ever got was mascara." Jc states taking deep breaths.

"And I thought you had a video to film for your main channel." I spit back at him.

"Wow..the girl has an attitude." Jc says serious. "But I don't mind an attitude." He smiles and stands up.

"Alright I better go pack my bags." Ricky says standing up.

"Dude seriously!!" Connor barks at Ricky.

"Oh crap sorry.." Ricky says face palming.

Trevor sits up. "Nice job dude."

Jc rolls his eyes and sits at the end of my bed. "Now we have to explain."

"Fine I will do it." Ricky says. Connor gets up and walks over to me. I just stand there frozen.

"Okay. Me, Jc, and Trevor are going back to Cali the day after tomorrow. Which means that you and Connor will stay here in Minnesota while us 3 go back." I am shocked to say the least. I mean I heard Ricky say something about Cali during his vlog this morning, but I didn't catch on to what he said.

I just stand there shocked and not moving.

"Kay, are you okay?" Connor reaches for me but I pull away.

"Sass?"

"Leave. Me. Alone." I say staring at the ground. Connor backs away from me and walks out mad. Jc stands up and looks at me concerned. I look away from him and look at my bed. He walks out sad with his head hung low.

"Look..Katie I'm so-"

"I don't wanna hear it Ricky." I say sternly. I look up and he is walking out of my room. It is just Trevor and I left in my room. I look up at him with tears in my eyes.

I never cry I don't know why I have cried twice here.

"Sass..." He says while walking towards me.

He wraps me in to a hug. I try using resistance but I give up. I just cry in his chest. He picks me up bridal style and lies me on the bed. He starts to walk to the door.

"Trev.."

"Yeah.." He stops walking and turns to me.

"Please stay.." I say, tears brimming my eyes. Ughhh why does this keep happening. I never cry!

He walks to me and climbs next to me on my bed. I snuggle into him and cry some more. The last thing I remember is his arms going around my waist before I fell asleep.
