Freddy continued observing parents and learning how to take care of Gregory. He was barely ten years old, not even a teenager yet. A recent lesson Freddy had learned was discipline. He watched many parents keep their kids in line when they started acting up. He took this information and applied it to Gregory who had been a little rambunctious recently. He was at that age where he didn't take authority too well, after all. It was to be expected. While Freddy would overlook some things, this kid had been troublesome. Freddy was stricter with his fellow animatronics than with Gregory, especially Monty because of his destructive side. Gregory's knack for innovation was really something. But it often led to him taking decommissioned bot apart for parts to build all sorts of things. Freddy had mixed feelings about this. While he did recognize his adopted son's creativity, seeing parts of his fellow bots made him uneasy.
