The next day Freddy reported his discovery to the manager in the early morning. With the note full of fighting words added to the circumstantial evidence, Monty was in huge trouble. Karma had finally caught up with him. The staff rushed down below the first floor and searched with Freddy taking the lead. They retrieved what was salvageable of Bonnie and took it to Parts and Service. The Pizzaplex closed early. He was given a brand-new casing that was put on a new endo. After a few hours, he was reactivated and functional once again. Freddy had a long talk with his old friend. Now the whole truth was out. Every staff member listened. And they were angry. They had worked so hard on Bonnie. It had been a mistake making Monty bassist. They debated on giving Bonnie his original position back and demoting Monty to just being in charge of the golf course. It wasn't a bad idea. The angry gator had to be punished.
