Before I Met You

Chapter 31: 'Mania Time

It was the morning after raw and Adam had woken up.
He had Gionna in his arms as she was still asleep, but he decided to check as he wanted to say something but not while she was awake.

Adam checked and there was no response from Gionna, so he started talking quietly.

Adam: hey babe ? I've been thinking about something recently and i just want to talk about it now while you're still asleep.
This whole time we've been together has been the absolute best time of my life.
I have never felt so much love for one person as I do for you.
I can't wait for wrestlemania, your going to become champ, I know you will.
I can't even begin to tell you how proud of you i really am.
I love you darlin'.

Little did he know however, Gionna was actually awake the whole time which meant that she heard everything that Adam had said while he thought that she was asleep.

She smiled to herself and snuggled closer into him as she nuzzled her face in between his neck and shoulder and placed her leg over him while Adam wrapped her arms tighter around her and kissed her on the forehead as he went back to sleep for a little bit longer.

Ten minutes later and Gionna had woken up as she yawned and stretched.
She then rolled over and laid on top of him and ran her fingers through his hair and watched him while he was sleeping.

Her phone then began to ring and she saw that it was Dori.
She sat up and picked up her phone and answered it.

Gionna: hey Dori.

Dori: oh sorry we're you asleep ?

Gionna: no, I've just been lying in bed, I've been awake for a little bit.

Dori: oh ok.

Gionna: so what's up ?

Dori: well me and Sarah were just wondering if you want to get some lunch with us later ?

Gionna: yeah sure just let me know when ok ?

Dori: yeah I will, we'll see you later ok ?

Gionna: yeah ok, see you later.

Dori: bye.

Gionna: bye.

Gionna put her phone back down and laid back down in bed and turned over to see that Adam was awake.

Adam: good morning darlin'.

Gionna: good morning baby, sorry about that.

Adam: don't be, it's ok, now come here.

Gionna snuggled up next to Adam as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her on her forehead and Gionna rested her head on his chest and they enjoyed the quiet morning for a little bit longer before they had to get up.

Ten minutes later and they got up and had a shower and got changed into some workout clothes and went to the hotel gym for a workout.

An hour later and they had come back to their hotel room and had another shower.
After their shower, they got changed into some clean clothes and chilled out for a little bit longer.

While Adam and Gionna were talking to each other, Gionna had received a text from Dori saying that her and Sarah were about to leave their hotel rooms and Gionna had replied saying that she won't be long.

Gionna then let Adam know that she was going to meet Dori and Sarah for lunch.

Gionna: baby, I'm going to meet Dori and Sarah for lunch, they're meeting me in the lobby.
