What did JJ mean when he said that he had tried with Kie?
The night Kiara had come back from her kook year.
-JJ pov-
"Wanna beer?" I asked Kie who was sitting in the hammock, she had just come back from her parents house, she was in tears but none of us knew what to do or why she was in tears. We hadn't spoken to her in like a year, we had all missed her but doesn't mean we weren't confused. She shook her head as I sat down next to her.
"What's up?" I said looking over to her, she still had tears in her eyes but she wasn't gonna let them fall anytime soon.
"What do u mean?" She said taking a deep breath,
"Seriously, you disappear one night, then don't speak to us for a year and we had to find out from your parents, after the day we went searching for you that u had gone to the kook academy, then all of a sudden you show up here after Big John's death and don't think you've done anything wrong!"
"I KNOW IVE DONE SHIT WRONG JJ!!!" She snapped, standing up. "I know that I wasn't there for you guys when you were literally at ur lowest, and I'm so so sorry. I didn't want to be there, they made me-"
"Ok Kie calm down alright," I said hugging her, she wrapped her arms around my torso and slightly fell into me. "We all missed you Kie," I said stroking her hair,
"I hate them J," she sobbed into my neck,
"Who Kie?"
"The Kooks, they all are stuck up bitches who would do anything to destroy any self worth you have, " That was the day I decided I hated the Kooks, hurt me, fine, hurt my friends, then we might get in a fight but hurt Kie, just know if I saw you again, there would be murder.
After a few minutes, I took the keys to The HMS Pogue and we just sailed over the ocean for a few hours. Me and Kie were now getting high at the front of the boat, still just floating in the ocean. We would often just look at each other and laugh. About an hour later, I was drifting off to sleep when I heard a splash and felt some water fall on to me, I sat up and saw Kiara swimming around in a bikini, that I didn't even notice she had on.
"U comin Maybank?" She shouted, I took of my t-shirt and cannonballed into the water, splashing her as I went under. She laughed as she swam closer to me and wrapped her legs around my waist, I was pretty high still so I didn't really know what was happening. My arms draped around her waist keeping her up.
"U know, I think I've missed you most of all," After that she closed the gap between us, my lips crashing to hers, it wasn't gentle, it was needy and passionate. we made our way back to the boat and she sat on my lap before continuing to make out. Before I knew it, clothes were being thrown off each other, as I kissed down her neck, finding her sweet spot as she moaned, she gripped my hair, which just turned me on more.
-The next morning-
I woke up spooning Kiara, on the bow of the boat. She was wearing my t shirt, she slowly woke up, looked at me and bolted to her feet.
"We cannot tell a soul!" She said pulling on her shorts, "I mean it J, not only because of the rule but because I don't need another reason for the others to hate me right now," My heart slowly dropped with every word she spoke but I understood completely, I agreed, and sailed us back to the chateau.
