danielle has to let y/n go, even if she loves her.

"hi y/nn!" kaylee beams at y/n walking into her dressing room seeing y/n sitting at her small couch

"hi kay" y/n says softly while smiling up at the tall girl

"what's wrong, you aren't enthusiastic to see me" kaylee says with a pout

" hi y/nn" danielle says while she walks over to her girlfriend, smiling.

y/n and danielle have been together for 4 years, ever since y/n started on the originals as kol and davinas daughter. over the time of being on the legacies cast y/n starts to develop feelings for kaylee. y/n doesn't want to hurt danielle if she like someone else while they are together.

" hi dani" y/n said softly and a bit sadly

"hey kay i think quincy is looking for you" danielle lies

"oh okay, ill be right back y/n" kaylee says while walking out

danielle walks over to the door and closes it, and kneels to get to y/ns level

"hey what's wrong love?" danielle asks y/n softly while placing her hand on y/ns knee.

"danielle we have to talk." y/n says sadly

"did i do something wrong?" danielle says with a hint of panic in her voice

"god of course not danielle, but i need to tell you something" y/n said breathing heavily, tears glistening her eyes

"y/n, your scaring me" danielle says panicking again

"danielle, you know i love you so much. but i never ever want to hurt you, which is why im telling you this now. i think i like kaylee, and i think because of that it's best for us to, to um, break up" y/n hesitating at the end.

"w-what.." danielle says as a single teardrop falling from her eye, while her voice breaks slightly

"danielle im so sorry, i really am" y/n says with hot tears rolling down her cheeks

"are you- are you joking" Danielle asks desperately

"danielle, im so sorry" says with a voice crack

"no, no please, no" danielle begs while trying to cup y/ns face

y/n leans into her touch bit stops herself, she stands up, while danielle shoots up

"no please, y/n" danielle begs again, practically sobbing

"danielle please dont, dont" y/n asks softly while crying

"i cant, i-i cant, dont please" danielle raises her voice slightly, voice still breaking the whole time "i love you, i cant, you cant leave"

"im, im sorry danielle, i um have to , i have to go" y/n makes up an excuse to leave not wanting to see danielle break down

before y/n can leave danielle, danielle catches her wrist

"please" danielle ask one last softly

y/n turns towards her, "you need to let me let you go" says while refusing to look into danielles eyes, danielle squeezes her hand softly "i need you to do that for me, no matter how hard it is" y/n tells the girl before walking getting her hand out of danielles grip, and walking out closing the door leaving the girl in her dressing room to break down

y/n rushes to the nearest bathroom and breaks down, hot tears, sobs, it all coming down at once.
