Helloooooo!!! As you all know I haven't updated this in literally a year. A lot has happened for sure.
After the whole fiasco with Atom, I met this other dude that I don't really remember if I told you guys about. His name was..... Emma.
Basically, he was a friend of a friend and he was cute and we just talked on FaceTime and the mutual friend was always very obvious and shit but something fell off. Like, I felt like I liked him but not enough to do something about it. He was a nice guy, but was clearly obsessed with falling in love, desperate, thats the word. Any-who, that was like ending 2020 and then the most magical shit happened.
Around February 2021 I was on Tinder.... again but not really interested in people, just talking and stuff. my bio currently said something about "ask about Star Wars" or "Im a huge fan of Star Wars" I have no idea. Point is, many guys sent me the classic "Hello there..." gif from Obi-Wan Kenobi and stuff. One of the guys, he wasn't the cutest but he seemed genuinely nice and cool even. I swiped right, I remember exactly what I said "Hmmmm, meh fuck it" and he had super liked me! I was like DAMNNNN.
He sent the same gif, but I answered in another gif and then the whole convo turned into a gif convo until he said "ok ok we can establish that we both like Star Wars." I laughed cause its true. We just texted here and there and I think it was a day later that he texted "Im sorry, I dont really use tinder that much. We can talk over Instagram if you'd like" I wasn't really surprised since every guy does this or is just the next move. (there should be a 2022 tinder handbook passed down by the first generation of Tinder, aka me)
To my surprise, lets call this guy StarLord, you'll understand later, we talked that whole entire day on Instagram and honestly it was one of the most amazing conversations Ive ever had. I remember It was Wednesday February 10th and I was visiting my family and I was nonstop talking to him and my cousin was saying things like "oooh is that you're boyfriend" just straight up teasing me. By the end of the convo, Starlord tells me "I really like talking to you" and "this has been the best conversation he's had with a women in over 3 months" and then he texted me his number saying "would you like to text over whattsapp?" . Usually guys ask for your number to text but this man really just trusted me with his phone and then we started talking.
The next day, I told him have a happy birthday cause it was his b-day and he really appreciated that.
