At night...

Laala wore an oxygen mask, taking sips of O2 as she sat up straight in her bed, fully awake. Her eyes remained shut as flashy dots remain in her eyesight. The IV drip was removed from her arms a few hours ago. All her friends went home as their parents needed them back.

Laala leaned over to the nightstand, grabbing a glass of water. Then she heard thunder from the skies. When she looked outside the window, there was also lightning. She hated this kind of weather, it scared her.

She looked out of the window from her room and saw a flash of red. A flash of red? Wasn't lightning supposed to be yellow? Thought Laala.

Laala removed her mask. She began to walk towards the window slowly, to see if it wasn't lightning. The light stroke again and she saw a floating person in red-black that she thought would be a ghost. She fell to the ground terrified, dropping the glass. But she hadn't realized who it was. She did not care that her legs were bleeding because of the shatters.

Usually, the nurses would run hurriedly to Laala's room, but it's not loud at all.

From outside of the window, Kagari saw Laala terrified of her. But she knew it wasn't her. It was the lighting from the sky. She knew how terrified her mistress was because of the light.

Kagari had been watching Laala sleep unconsciously. She wanted to calm the latter down. She didn't like to frighten the girl.

Just as Laala got up and sat on her bed, she looked down with a frightening expression. She couldn't sleep in this weather alone. She wanted to be calmed down by someone.

Minutes passed and now the storm was over. Laala looked out of the window saw the ghost again. She let out a little shriek and turned away. She had thought her imagination had taken over. She refused to look back at the window.

- "Kagi...san, right?" - Laala suddenly said.

From the other side, Kagari slowly opened the window and entered the room. Once she set foot inside, Laala was still terrified. She still had her head turned away from the window.

Kagari slowly flew towards Laala. Laala finally looked up to see the former coming closer.

- "You noticed me..." - Kagari whispered.

- "Kagi... san..." - That was the only thing Laala was able to say.

- "Are you feeling better?"

- "A-ah yes. Thanks for caring for me." - Laala made a small smile.

Kagari didn't feel satisfied with that answer. "Perhaps you should lay down, the storm is over." Just as Laala was about to refuse, she quickly found herself being hoisted into the air via bridal style.

- "Ehhh?"

- "Your legs are bleeding. I will treat your injuries." - Kagari put Laala on the bed and said.

- "How?"

Kagari didn't say anything. Her body glowed red color making Laala's earrings shine. Then Laala's injuries were gone.

- "I'm sorry. I can only heal some minor injuries. I wish I could treat your disease so that you can be happy." - Kagari sat next to Laala and sadly said.

- "I will disappear anyways... Who cares if it can be healed or not?" - Laala sighed and lay down.

- "Laala..."

- "Three more days until the finals. I only have three more days. I wish I could stay with them more."

"Nao... Non... Papa... Mama... Mirei... Sophie... Shion... Dorothy... Leona... Falulu... Hibiki-san... Yui... Shougo-san..." - She thought sadly.
