The next morning...

It was 8 o'clock. Laala was still lying in Hibiki's bed, no signs of waking up. Hibiki had Andou lock all doors and windows so no one could enter her room. Laala's face and arms were paler than usual. Her hair color was much more lighter than before.

"Her hair now is almost the same color as mine... How terrible her disease would be?"

A/n: Her color was like this, almost silver but still had a bit lavender color

- "Laala... Why? Why did your health become worse?" - Hibiki held Laala's hand tightly.

- "Hibiki-sama, it's time for your work." - Andou said.

- "Cancel them all for me." - Hibiki said.

- "Understood."

Hibiki felt sleepy. She slept at the end of the bed. Andou noticed it and was very surprised but decided to say nothing. He went out of the room afterwards. The key flew out of Laala's pocket, looked at Hibiki and thought.

"You really care for her, Shikyoin Hibiki. And yet, you have to say goodbye to her soon... The truth hurts..."

Laala slowly opened her eyes. She sat up and looked around the room.

"This... This is Hibiki-san's room. But, where is she?" - She thought then looked at the end of the bed.

- "Hi-Hibiki-san!?" - She was in shock.

The key went to Laala's hand and said.

- "Shikyoin Hibiki, she stayed up all night to take care of you. She even cancelled all her work today for you. She just fell asleep."

- "Really, Kagi-san..." - Laala looked down.

- "Yeah. She really cared about you." - The key said casually.

- "Hibiki-san, I'm sorry..." - Laala got out of the bed. She took out her glasses from the box and wore them.

- "Laala." - The key said.

- "Saying goodbye is so hard..." - Laala muttered.

Hibiki suddenly woke up when Laala went to her.

- "Laala, you finally wake up!" - Hibiki stood up and hugged her.

- "Yeah. Thanks for yesterday, Hibiki-san." - She smiled gently.

- "You wearing glasses?" - Hibiki surprised.

- "Yeah. The doctor told me to. My eyesight is worsening." - Laala let go and sadly said.

- "... How much have you been enduring? Please answer me, Laala." - Hibiki paled.
