"Are you him? A man asked voice hardly over a whisper. "Are you the one they call god?"A floating being, radiating a golden light, stood motionless a few feet in front of the first man. To the left of the floating being stood a man wielding a fiery broadsword, with a bow attached to his back, multicolored angelic wings sprouted out from his shoulder blades.
The angel held the man in an angry glare, that would stop a bull mid charge.
"I am your father, your true father." The floating being spoke, voice demanding respect.
His voice roared with anger, but echoed with love, leaving a weird, peaceful, feeling, lingering in the air, it almost was like it was forcing the man to want to spill his entire life story.
"I'm Conrad Forest, I died proudly apart of the Assassination group, the Devil's Advocate, code name Black Lightning." Conrad spoke without hesitation, or the ability to stop himself.
"Now that you know this will you send me to hell?"
God didn't speak at first letting the question linger for a moment.
"Yes."
The answer was not shocking to Conrad. "Why wait any longer than we have to?"
"Yes you will be sent to the fires of eternal damnation, but only after you send the rest of your group down with you."
"Excuse me? Conrad asked baffled.
God turned to the angel and whispered something.
The angel gave a disappointed nod and vanished.
"Due to reasons I can't, nor are willing to disclose to you, I can't takedown your ex group myself, so instead of letting the opportunity pass me I've decided to use one of the greatest assassin's this or any world has ever seen, to take down his own organization, your organization." He paused as the angel reappeared with a device. "Two birds, one stone."
"And if I refuse?" Conrad scoffed, studying the device.
"I'm not giving you a choice in the matter." God said giving a slight head gesture.
The angel moved quickly over to Conrad who seemed to be immobilized.
"Even though you committed countless atrocities during your first life, I'm truly sorry my son, I wish this upon no one, death by firing squad would surely be better, but I can't allow the rest of your infamous organization to continue causing chaos to the world."
"What are you doing, why can't I move, what's about to happen, tell me, TELL ME!" Conrad shouted, as the angel secured the device onto his head.
"Don't worry my son, after you've eliminated the nine surviving members of the Devil's Advocate, I will allow you to join them in the darkest level of hell."
That was the last thing said before a head splitting pain erupted through his skull, and traveled down his body. Blood rushed out his eyes and nose, his ear drums were being pounded by an intense drumming sound, it felt as if spikes were trying to escape from his stomach, and a burning sensation attacked his feet and hands, as if he sat them into lava.
A scream trapped itself inside his gut, refusing to let loose, as if someone duct taped his mouth shut.
Then nothing. The pain vanished as fast as it had appeared, but he was no longer in heaven.
He was now standing on some street in New York, he assumed by the foot traffic and street clogged with vehicles.
The device had disappeared.
