Wednesday

Jimin only felt the effects of all the food he ate in the morning when he ran to the bathroom of the office, feeling queasy. He was early and a part of him wanted to get some work done, just in case... there was a reason he was distracted again. The secretary unbuttoned his top two buttons as he stood in front of the mirror, washing his face as he breathed in deeply. He wasn't hangover, no he didn't even drink more than a glass last night, but he was bloated and looking at his face he felt puffy.

The door opened and it caught Jimin's attention but it was only Hoseok in gym wear. He was glad, because he wouldn't want his Master seeing him in this state.

"Good morning Jimin!" The receptionist chirped. "I didn't think anyone was going to be here early."

"Ah good morning." Jimin mumbled sheepishly.

"Are you okay?" He asked worriedly, handing Jimin a handkerchief from his bag, helping him wipe his face.

"Taehyung ordered us too much food yesterday." Jimin smiled slightly as he thanked Hoseok for the gesture. "You're also early for work today, did you umm..." He gestured towards Hoseok's clothes. "Come from somewhere."

"I normally come this early the two weeks leading up to the halloween party." Hoseok chuckled. "The Dominants are running the show, so the performance must be worth the wait, don't you think?"

"Do all the dominants really participate?" Jimin asked curiously.

"Usually the Chairman doesn't participate, but this time he is." Hoseok grinned, his eyes sparkling a little, and Jimin wondered why there was a hint of playfulness in his tone. "A lot of things have been changing since you joined the company."

"It has?" Jimin questioned. Of course since he was new he didn't really have anything to compare it to.

"The Chairman is constantly reforming the rules within the office." Hoseok explained, his fingers grazed the material of Jimin's collar. "Things that weren't allowed are now permitted. He makes it clear that there will be direct punishment to anyone who makes you uncomfortable. The Chairman didn't really use to care about things like that before. Of course the Mr Chairman would never slack off when it comes to the company, but his attention is pinned on you. And everyone in the office is aware of it. Yoongi is a unique businessman, the things he has achieved is unthinkable. And this is the reason people in the office place him on a high pedestal, as if he were a greater being. But because of you people are curious."

"Curious of what?" Jimin asked cautiously.

Hoseok paused, as if there was something he wanted to say but decided not to. "He hasn't told you has he?"

"Told me what?" The secretary wondered aloud.

"In the lead up to the company dinner." The receptionist began slowly. "The dominants are allowed to send proposals to other bdsm couples in the company. To propose a temporary contract for one day during the weekend of the halloween party."

"What kind of... contract?" Jimin stuttered even though he knew what Hoseok was intending to say. He barely started a contract with the Chairman and to involve others... like an orgy... he knew it was beyond him.

"From your expression, I understand why the Chairman hasn't brought it up. It's a dominant's role to know the mental condition their submissive is in. To know their limits to understand them even when they don't say what's on their mind. You have numerous proposals for the upcoming event." Hoseok chuckled. "I said too much."

"No no not at all." Jimin waved his hands. "I feel like he hasn't had the time to bring it up lately... and I've just been making things difficult for him. I wish I knew how to make things easier for him." Jimin said honestly.

"Exactly that mindset is what's troubling him," Hoseok murmured as he patted Jimin's head gently, dropping his bag as he slowly began to practice dancing. "You're too cautious, too polite. Acting foreign in order to avoid burdening the other is the exact reason for the line between you. Within everyone there is a voice, a voice that holds the thoughts to a bolder version of ourself. What do you think would happen if you let that part of yourself go?" The receptionist twirled forward in his dance, dropping to the floor only to spring back up directly in front of Jimin. The secretary's thoughts were hazy as he felt Hoseok invade his space. What would it really mean to be a little more demanding?

The door bursts open as if on cue and from the steps, Jimin already knew who it was. He wasn't pulled away yet the Chairman placed a firm hand on Hoseok's shoulder, it wasn't like he was really going to push him away, but he could. At least it looked like he would.

Hoseok took the initiative, stepping away first as he chuckled. Jimin felt nervous even though he was unsure of what was really happening. Yet he felt the Chairman's strong grip on his waist from behind. Jimin looked behind him.

"Good Morning Master." He mumbled shyly.

"Good morning Mr Chairman." Hoseok added and Jimin cautiously looked at him to read his expression. But it only confused him even more.

"The goodness of my morning had been cut short." Yoongi replied coldly.

Hoseok chuckled as he inspected Yoongi's expression, one that Jimin couldn't see at the moment. "It's refreshing to see this side of you Mr Chairman. But just to let you know he was helping me out with the halloween showcase dance. Tomorrow morning again?" He was teasing, Jimin knew this but it was going too far because he could feel the agitation Yoongi was feeling. And he wondered if Hoseok was testing him or if he wanted to spark something within the Chairman.

It was only now, Jimin was given a hint of what was going on. "Mr Jung, you dance very well and I'm highly certain Taehyung would enjoy your performance during the halloween dinner. But I regret to inform you that all my vacant time before office hours is only reserved for the Chairman."

"I see." Hoseok answered, even though he seemed satisfied with the response.

"And Mr Jung." Jimin added. He felt confident to say what he wanted to say, because the warm supporting arm of the Chairman was the only reassurance he needed.

"Yes, Mr Park?" Hoseok responded.

"I'd like to formally reject all the proposals from the other parties, because the Chairman and I do not intend to share." Jimin replied firmly.
