Prologue

A certain ravenette leaned on the pack house balcony letting his hair dance through the air as his eyes locked upon the shiny moon.

He doesn't know why but staring at the moon became a habit of him since he's a little.There's just something in it that made him and even his wolf calm down and let himself get lost on it's beauty each time.

There's party in the main hall right now.A celebration,More like a gender reveal for one of his friend's soon to be child.It's Namjoon's omega,Seokjin that's expecting a baby girl months from now.Also an unexpected pregnancy reveal from the yoonmin couple,Yoongi,One of his best friends and his omega Jimin.

As a friend and the pack's leader,He was present at the party but somehow,somehow he felt the tug in his heart again so he excused himself and spent the night alone.

Don't get him wrong,It's not like he's not happy for them.To be honest,He's even more excited than them but knowing the fact that he didn't even met his mate and have the chance to experience that thing too made his wolf howl in pain.

It's been a hundred years and yet his mate is still nowhere to be seen.

As he turned one hundred years old,He traveled from pack to pack,even through the vampires and witches territory in search for his mate yet another century passed and still,he's mateless.

Every night he talked to the moon goddess asking and praying for his mate.He wishes to meet him/her,be and spend the rest of his life with that person.He even offered his rank in exchange of having his mate yet the moon goddess seemed to have another plan.

His friends once suggested to just find his second chance but being a trueblood made everything more difficult.Though he won't,never even he's just an alpha.

Jeongguk witnessed the kind love between his parents and he too wanted that.He wants to experience how it's like to have a mate that'll love you,accept you and be with you until the end.Just like his parents who both died in each others arms.

He closed his eyes feeling his heart painfully clutched.His wolf on the other hand howling in pain.

'I want mate.'Jk said.

Jeongguk leaned on the railing,His hand tightly gripped on the edge feeling himself getting dizzy because of pain.

He closed his eyes again and sighed.'I know Jk,And we will keep finding mate.'He replied to his wolf and recieved only a howl again.

He's planning to visit the other packs across land tomorrow.It's already far but he only wanted to find his mate so even it means going across lands to lands then he'll do it.

The trueblood can feel the faint bond meaning his mate it's just out there somewhere.That's also the main reason why after all this years he's still hanging on.It's faint and almost impossible to track but when he went on a trip years ago he suddenly felt his mate's emotion,he even had the same dream his mate had which totally made Jk howl for the first time in happiness.

They may not still meeting each other but he know,he knows his mate is also hanging.He can still remember the longing of his mate towards him,The way his mate misses him,The same sadness he's feeling through the mate bond.

The trueblood just needs a little more effort and that's what he'll do.

Jeongguk opened his eyes and as it met the moon again,His eyes turned crimson red."Hang in there ma moitié,Just hang in there.I am coming."

Taehyung groaned as he kept on moving on his king sized bed.

The omega has been awake for like hours now and as he tried,'tried' sleeping yet here he is,wide awake.

A weird feeling came to him and his wolf wasn't helping at all.It kept on howling and seemed to be restless.

"Argh!Can't I just have a fucking peaceful sleep?!"Taehyung got up and tore his pillow into pieces.His eyes glowing blue indicating he's pissed off.

He throw it away and made his way to his terrace wanting to let his anger cool down.

Taehyung gripped on the railing,His hands unknowingly crushing the poor metal.

The omega's beauty outshined soon as the moonlight hits him.He's only wearing a simple silk black dress reaching to his thighs contrast of his silver long hair and blue eyes.With eyemask and a thin robe hanging barely onto his shoulder.

"Why am I feeling this?"He look up to the moon desperately."WHY?!"He again questioned hoping for an answer but as always,he didn't got any answer.

Taehyung tried communicating to his wolf but seems It shut him up too.He can't even feel him.

A pang in his heart then came making his legs almost tremble.It was more painful than the previous ones.It's like he's tearing into half.The sadness and...longing?

'V!Where are you?!'Taehyung tried reaching out to his wolf but still,no response.

He tiredly slumped on the chair and look up to the shining moon."Why am I feeling this moon goddess?Where is this feeling coming from??"

Taehyung wanted an answer.When he turned two hundred,Those unknown feelings started to bother him,Each night it's either he'll feel sharp pain in his heart or get dizzy.He's sure it's not from him then the question is...

From who?

"Moon goddess--"The omega froze as an unknown voice came to his mind.
