"What do you want Kim Taehyung?" You got up and asked him.

"Your friendship. Let's be friends" he gave his hand.

You looked at his hand and him, who was giving you the widest smile of boy shape.

"I don't make friends, all humans do is deceive" you rolled your eyes.

"Is it? Then why is Jungkook with you?" Taehyung asked you.

"Don't compare yourself with Jungkook. You are no way near to him" you got up and walked away.

Did she just reject my friendship?

Taehyung was disappointed

You turned around and looked at him. For a second, your eyes softened looking at his cute sad pout.

"Alright, let's be friends. But don't make it obvious at work" you replied and went to the kitchen.

He giggled and yelled 'okay' for you to hear. As he sat on the couch and looked around, Jungkook came out holding soft drinks.

"And can I be your friend too?" He asked Taehyung.

"Well I was about to ask you next," Taehyung smiled.

Jungkook gave the drink he was holding to Taehyung and sat beside him.

"Are you her little brother?" Taehyung asked Jungkook.

Jungkook thought for a while and nodded

"Well, I'm 20 so you can say baby brother. We live together" Jungkook replied.

"Then why do you call her Naeuri?" Taehyung furrowed his brows.

"You may or may not know that later," Jungkook giggled.

Taehyung didn't understand the meaning behind his words but let it slide.

After talking for a while with Jungkook, Taehyung left as you both had your shooting schedule for the next day.

You came back to the living room after he left, holding a shopping bag.

"Here, you said you have a date tomorrow," you said, giving Jungkook a bag.

"And when did you buy this?" He asked you.

"You don't need to know" you shrugged and sat across from him on the couch.

"Can I ask you something?" Jungkook raised a question.

"You won't stop even if I say no" you folded your arms.

"You are treating Taehyung differently. And the first time you saw him, you weren't feeling good. Can I know if there's anything you need to say?" Jungkook asked you.

Hearing his question made your mind go blank for a few seconds. You didn't expect Jungkook would be this attentive to your behavior. Well until a year ago, he was just nineteen so he was totally indulged in studies and school work.

"Y-you don't need to tell me if you're uncomfortable" Jungkook stated.

You remained silent. You didn't know what to tell him. Neither he knew your past nor the reason for you becoming a Goblin.

He just knows that you saved him when he was five.

"I know him. Taehyung was there in my past" you replied.

"Past in the sense?"

"He and I belong to the same household. To be exact, he was a prince" you replied.
