Final Part

After 2 years:

You were cooking the final dish for the day. You cooked many and no matter how many you cooked, you still felt they wouldn't be enough. You sighed after completing the final dish.

Just when you were about to rest on the couch, the doorbell rang. You opened the door to see a girl in her 20s. She's so pretty, thin and her eyes were so captivating.

"You must be Y/n" She smiled.

"Yes and you?" You asked her.

"I'm Jungkook's close friend"

"Oh please come in" you moved aside and she walked in.

You asked her to sit on the couch and you did too, so tired to stand and talk out.

"I'm Kim Min Ji, I'm his close friend. He's about to get released from his service today right?"

"Yes, my boyfriend went to pick him up. They'll be here anytime soon" You smiled.

She nodded and looked around the house. Ever since Yoongi left, Jungkook started spending time here and when he left for the service, you moved all his things to here.

"You're his girlfriend, aren't you?" You asked her.

"Ahh, I...I" she started stuttering.

"Don't panic. I knew it already. I'm so happy for you both" You held her hand.

She looked at you and by the look on your face, she sighed, feeling better. She thought you'd oppose their relationship cause Jungkook already told her how he got betrayed once.

He was talking about Jin's incident but he didn't tell Min ji much details about that.

"So, you must've graduated by now" You stated.

"Yes, I did. At present I'm working in a company. I'm sure Jungkook will pass out soon" Min ji giggled.

Her smile and giggles were so contagious. No wonder Jungkook fell for her. Her soul seemed so pure.

"Did you wait for him for these two years?" You questioned.

"Of course, it's not like people in love has to be close" she replied.

"True"

You understood she isn't someone who takes love for granted and her feelings are pure for Jungkook. You felt happy that he finally found his love.

"Why didn't you come when he went to the service?" You asked her.

"No, I was there. Just behind you" she mumbled.

"You must've introduced yourself that day. We would be friends by now" you winked.

"Ohh I was about to, but Jungkook said he wanted to bring me to you by himself" Min ji shook her head.

"Ahh I raised him so well" you flipped your hair.

She laughed seeing that and you followed her. Min ji was getting close easily and you loved that.

"He wanted you to approve of me"

"Oh come on, I don't have any reason to oppose the relationship. You are so good" You smiled.

"T-thanks" she shyed away.

You heard the main door being opened and saw Taehyung entering and behind him, Jungkook.

He giggled looking at you and the moment he looked at the person beside you, his eyes widened. He froze in his spot.

He walked towards you and stood in front of you and Min ji. He pulled you into a bear hug, for which you waited for so long.
