Ryujin is a 1st year visual arts major student in a well known university in the city.

Their family is a typical average family.
Her father is a math professor in a public university (but not in their university) while her mother owns a small flower shop in the city.
She only have an older sister that already has a family that live with them since the husband of her sister works abroad and they have a 3 year old daughter to take care of. Her sister works as a primary school teacher so most of the time, she and her mother take care of her niece. Ryujin's home is one ride away from her school but since she's fund of biking, she went to school with her bike.
During weekends, Ryujin went to her aunt in the small vilage in the South (sometimes with her cousin Rosie) to accompany and to help her in her green house garden. Most of the flowers that her mom displayed in her flower shop comes from her aunt's greenhouse garden. Her aunt's house is near the forest where the hidden falls located.
Ryujin can say that she is contented and happy with her life but the truth is, she doesn't have any friends in their school. She's introvert and timid that makes her shy to approach others and make friends with them. She don't want crowded places so the village in the south is her serenity.
Chaeryeong is a first year med student in the same university where Ryujin studied.

She belong to a wealthy family of professionals. Her father is a big time businessman abroad, while her mother is a well known neurosurgeon in the country. Her uncles and aunties are well known lawyers, politicians and businessmen. Her older sister (Chaeyeon) together with her father manage their company abroad since her father trained her older sister. Her younger sister (Chaemin) was influenced by her laywer aunt because of her reasoning skills.
They lived in a mansion located in a secluded area of the city away from her school so her parents bought her a condominium unit where she lived with her friends or let's say family business friends (Choi Lia, daughter of a well known cardiologist and Hwang Yeji, daughter of well known businessman in their city.)
Despite of having a princess like life, Chaeryeong just want to have a simple and less pressured life. She lived in a life with full of expectations and being perfect is a must. She tend to do less mistakes or having no mistakes at all if will do, that's how life revolve tp Chaeryeong.
When she heard about the myth of the golden rainbow, even if she didn't believed in miracles, tend to visit the village and find the hidden falls. She just want to wish that her parents would change their minds in making her pursue med school and to spend more time with her family without pressures and expectations.
