You Are Enough

Chapter 1

The room is quiet besides the sounds coming from the bathroom where Zee is taking a shower when Nunews thoughts begin to turn bad. He is used to his mind overthinking and making him think negatively about himself. However he had hoped that he would at least be able to think positively of himself until tomorrow when he heads back to his own home.
Sadly that wasn't the case as Nunew had found himself reading hate comments on twitter. Many criticize his looks.

" Nunews literally so ugly how is he even partnered with zee for this series. He doesn't even look like a dude. Isnt this supposed to be a bl series and not a straight couple series? "

While others would simply judge his personality.

" Look at how fake he is. " No he's just to close to me ". Like please Nunew stop acting like some innocent person. They should really recast his character. I cant stand to watch the series if he's in it "

As he continued to read the comments he could feel a couple tears fall down his cheeks. Was he really that ugly and horrible?
He never wanted to be born this way. He shouldn't have auditioned for the series he's only a burden for everyone.
He jumps when there's suddenly a hand on his shoulder.
" Nunew are you ok? What's wrong ". Nunew looks at Zee and then back at his phone. Shaking his head. He knows that if he told Zee then he would only end up crying and become a bigger burden than he already was.
He felt Zee lean forward and before he could react Zee had taken his phone out of his hand. " Dont tell me you've been reading hate comments while I was taking a shower. Nunew ". He could hear the concern in the elders voice.
The bed he was sitting in shifted when Zee sat in front of him. Zee had grabbed his hand, holding it gently. As if encouraging the younger to look at him. Which he reluctantly did. However when he met the concerned eyes of Zee all the tears he had been holding back suddenly rushed out. He was immediately pulled into a hug. " Why do they criticize me. Why can't I be as handsome as you. Why do they think im acting fake with everyone. Why am I such a burden to everyone ". Zee only tightens the hug. " Why am I not good enough ". Zee pulls back from the hug and looks directly at Nunew.
" You're perfect just the way you are Nunew. People might have different thoughts on whats handsome and thats ok but that doesn't mean you're ugly. In my eyes you're handsome. When they say that you are fake they have no way of supporting that. They don't know you personally like I do. If they knew you not from just seeing you through videos than they'd know that you are just as nice as it seems you are in the videos. Maybe even more ". He had stopped crying. Zee wipes the remaining tears off of his face.
" Nunew I also want you to know that you're not a burden to anyone. You could ask anyone in the cast or even production team. They all will say that you are not a burden ".
He shakes his head. " I am a burden. I am bothering you by telling you this ". Zee shakes his head. " You do not bother me by opening up about whats bothering you. It makes me happy to know that you are opening up and trusting me to tell me how you feel. I also never want to hear you tell yourself that you aren't enough. Because that's the farthest thing from the truth. If anyone deserves to be apart of cutiepie the series its you. You constantly work so hard and you're an incredible actor ".
Zee pulls Nunew into another hug.
" Thank you Zee. I just have a hard time not reading those comments and there's just so many that I get in this loop where I read them all and feel like what they say is the truth ". Zee gently strokes nunews back.
" I have issues like this sometimes to but I want you to look at all the positive people who love and support you. If you want to look at what people think, look at the good hashtags. If you feel this way again then please tell me as well. For every bad comment I will name 2 good things ".
Nunew smiles and hugs Zee. He can't help but feel loved by the elder. " Thank you Zee. You are always able to cheer me up. Im so glad that I was paired with you and not someone else ". He can hear the elder chuckle.
" Im glad that you're my partner as well. Let's get some sleep. You had a long day today ". Nunew pulls away from the hug and smiles while nodding his head.
Zee goes to turn off the lights while Nunew gets under the covers. Zee then joins him shortly after. Pulling the younger into a hug as they both drift off to sleep.
