He left as Taehyung laid down and got lost in his thoughts about the girl in the forest."She saved my life",He spoke under his breath and left for a warm bath.

Taehyung's pov
I just finished having a long and refreshing bath and came out the bathroom wrapped in a towel with Jin hyung waiting for me by the bed. "So, what were you doing for almost a whole day out the castle where you're supposed to stay?",He asked as he raised his right eyebrow hoping for a sensible answer.
I mentally face-palmed myself,I could lie to my father and every other servant and they would buy it but not Jin hyung.
He served the king aka my father since so long but still was more than a friend to me and kept my secrets for over 2 decades resulting in him knowing me best,better than anyone else knew me. "Still need time to think of a lie?You know you can't lie to me Tae then why bother?"
I flashed an innocent smile and sighed and told him everything that happened.Every little detail.
"So you're telling me that you went hunting,got lost,felt drained leading you to drink blood from A FUCKING HUMAN?!",He screamed on the top of his soothing yet dominating voice.
I signaled him to keep it low and nodded my head apprehensively waiting for what he was going to say or do next.
He just let out a low breath and looked at me, "You sure she'll be okay?".He asked me as I bit my lip nervously and answered, "I don't know hyung but I'm hoping she's doing okay.And hyung could you please keep this a secret from Dad". Jin hyung sighed and bobbed his head as I showed him a genuine smile.

No one's pov
Taehyung was staring out the window watching the sun slowly glance from under the tall trees of the forest as he heard a soft knock and spoke out a low Come in, as the male behind the door showed up. "Your Highness,the king is calling for you", He informed Taehyung and left as beads of sweat formed on his forehead. Why could father be calling for me early in the morning.
He had various thoughts but got dressed and went down to the chambers. He bowed low upon seeing the King. "Taehyung,I have some topics to discuss with you." He said and continued,"These days we've had a lot of missing vampires and everyone who went into the forest didn't return. Although I know the forest is deep,I want you to go along with a few soldiers and possibly find the cause and Son,leave tomorrow early in the morning because today I want you to take care of a regular inspection in the town.",He gave a relieved smile and nodded his head,"Alright,father",Taehyung said and bowed one last time before leaving.

Y/n's pov
I squinted as I opened my eyes to see the bright gleam of sunlight shining through my window as I heard low knocks on my door and frowned Who could it be now?
"Y/n,its me open the door sleepyhead",I heard Hobi say as I dragged my feet towards the door and opened it to find a well-dressed and excited Hobi with a smile more beautiful than the morning sun.
"Get ready,we're going to the library since today we don't have our shift."He said as I raised my eyebrow giving him a perplexed look,"Library?Since when did you start going to the Library and going for what?"I showered him with questions as he gave me an I'm-so-done-with-you look.
"We had to research about your identity,forgot?",He answered as I let down my smile a bit but told him I'd be ready in a few minutes.
I went to get dressed while a strange feeling was overpowering me. Why do I feel strange? I questioned myself and went down ready anyways. "You look pretty",Hobi said with a grin as he examined me."As always",I said with a crooked smirk and we went heading towards the library a few streets away.
"And by the way Y/n,today is the full moon so its time for me to shift",Hobi spoke up breaking the oh-so-peaceful silence."And this time too,I'm coming with you"I told him with a smile."You know you don't have to accompany me every time." He said with a small sigh audible enough for me to hear.
"I don't know I just find it fascinating when you change from both your forms",I replied, shrugging.
"You're so weird",He remarked with a little bonk on my head while I gave him a sheepish smile as we entered the library breathing in the calming smell of books and wisdom waiting to unveil the fragments of truth and secrets.
