"Tesorino, why are you crying in the closet, baby?" I asked, sitting down next to her, pulling her onto my lap.

I just got off work, and when I walked in, the house was quiet, which meant Luciana was down for her afternoon nap. I was excited to get home to my babies, so I could spend time with them because I left for work before they woke up.

"I don't know, and my panties don't fit anymore. I'm getting fat, and I'm going to look like Fiona's ugly ass when she was an ogre." She sulked while looking at the pile of panties on her closet floor.

A/N: The ogre 👹 emoji is so funny to me😭😭.

Is she deadass right now?

"That's no reason to cry, baby. And you're not going to be ugly; that word doesn't even belong in your vocabulary because you're gorgeous, and you should only use the word fat when you are talking bout your ass and my pussy." I said, cuddling her into my chest.

"What if I weigh 500 hundred pounds? Would you still love me?" She asked, causing me to nod.

"I feel in love from what's in here. Your body and face were just a bonus." I said, pointing to her chest.

"Aww, Zucchero. I love you." She said, kissing my lips.

"I love you too. How long have you been in here crying?" I asked, rubbing under her puffy eyes.

"Like an hour. I cried about everything. I cried because Luci is growing up, that my panties can't fit, and I cried because I missed you and didn't see you this morning." She said, then I kissed her forehead.

"I'm seriously thinking about just working from home and doing online meetings. I feel like I'm missing so much of my home life." I said, leaning against the wall with her still in my arms.

"I know you love what you do, so I'm not making that decision for you." She said; then I leaned my forehead against her head.

"I don't love my job more than my family, though. Once upon a time, getting up for work every day and working for hours and coming home late was thrilling to me, but now it isn't. I have a fiancé and child. I rather wake up and do morning routines with you guys and hang out with y'all than sit around a bunch of grown people negotiating business deals and shit. I'm at the point in my life where I'm very financially stable and should only be coming into the office one or two times a month at most." I explained, and she rubbed my beard while looking up at me.

"I'm 30 years old, and I'm about to get married next month and start a new chapter finally, and tomorrow embarks that new chapter when it comes to my office life. Luca has been very interested in the business, so I'm going to hand it over to him. I'm still going to be the CEO of the company, but he's just going to be in charge while I'm away." I finished up then she leaned up and kissed me.

"You have my full support, baby." She said, smiling.

"Thank you for always being here for me." I said, kissing her forehead.

"That's my job to be your shoulder to lean on and cry on, Zucchero. I can say the same for you. You're so supportive." She said, kissing my lips twice.

"Let's order you some new panties." I said, grabbing her laptop, then I typed in her password.
