"What's wrong with Luci? She's not as happy or energetic." Naomi asked sitting next to me on the floor of Luciana's bedroom.

"She knows her daddy is not here and she misses him." I explained while laying on the floor.
It's been 10 days since Leonardo left. As promised he's called me and Luciana when he had free time, but it's just not the same as him being here in the flesh. I miss my zucchero.
"I think you miss her daddy too." Naomi said with a smirk.
"So what? You know, ever since that night I slept in his bed with him, I didn't get any nightmares about Victor. Now, I'm just up all night again staring at Luci's sleep." I confessed with a yawn.
"Have you told him about Victor?" she inquired then I shook my head no.
"I told him that he beat me, but I never went into detail. I guess I'm not ready to relive that part of my life just yet, but I know one day I'll have to tell him." I said, rubbing my hands down my face.
"It's best if you tell him sooner than later." she said causing me to nod.
"Tell me what exactly?" I heard Leonardo asl causing my head snap towards the door.
"Dada!" Luciana exclaimed with a big toothless smile.
"Leonardo!" I exclaimed as well scrambling to get off the floor.
Once accomplished I ran to him and jumped into his arms then he caught me and held me up by the back of my thighs.
"You've missed me baby? Because I've missed you." he said smiling big then I nodded.
"So much, kiss?" I asked then he kissed me on the lips twice then put me down and picked up Luci.
"Daddy's principessa! Oh, I've missed my chunky baby so much." he said kissing her all over face causing her to squeal and smile big.
"Have you been sleeping Tesorino?" he asked staring in my face.
