Azalea and Elliott were best friends when they were small, they were inseparable until Azalea leaves for Australia with her dad. After few years she returns back to California and finds out that everything and everyone have changed, some in good way...
"Baby wake up, you don't want to get late on your first day right?" Mom says softly stroking my hair.
"What time is it?" I ask groaning
"7:45" I wake up quickly and sit straight.
"Mom! I told you to wake me up at 7! Not 7:45! oh God jackson will be here in 5 minutes!" I shout and then run to the washroom.
I just wash my face and brush my face,then I change and apply mascara with lip gloss.

After that I grab my phone and bag then go downstairs and grab one granola bar.
"Bye Mom! bye Austin! I'm getting late see you later!" I say grabbing my converse then I get out and see jackson.
"You are 5 minutes late but you look amazing" he says opening the door for me I smile nodding.
"I'm sorry mom woke me up late and thank you" I say putting on the seat belt.
We reach school in just 5 minutes, I see many people already standing and talking in groups, that made me nervous I looked around to see if I could see anyone familiar but I couldn't.
"Well come one lets get you to the office first" Jackson says and I nod. Jackson greets almost everyone on the way and then we stop when he sees few boys standing outside the office.
"What did he do now?" Jackson asks
"He and Chase had a big fight as usual" one of the guys says and looks at me with a smirk.
"Now Who do we have here?" The other guy asks.
"She is new here, Austin's sister so keep distance" Jackson says
"Damn why didn't Austin ever tell me that he has such a hot sister" The other guy says still looking at me up and down making me hide a little behind Jackson.
"Shut up Bryce why-" Jackson was cut off when someone passes through us angrily and goes in the guys washroom, I couldn't see his face, but he has a hot back, then another guy walks out of the office, he had a busted lip and his cheeks were all red and brown. I gasp internally as he turns around and makes eye contact with me.
"Lets go Az" Jackson says holding my hand.
"Hello Mrs Summers, this is my Friend Azalea Brown and she's new here so she needs the schedule" Jackson speaks for me.
"Okay Jackson hold on" the lady says and smiles at me, I instantly smile back.
"Here you go, I hope you are nothing like Austin" the lady says passing me some papers.
"Oh no we both are complete opposite" I say and she giggles.
"Great then! All the best!" She says and I nod, Jackson shows me my first class and my first class was math.
