India of my dreams is a country without poverty . I want India of equality , liberty and fraternity . What is country without freedom ? What is a nation without equality ? What is a land without brotherhood ?
India today is far away from my dreams . The gulf between the rich and the poor is increasing day by day . The rich are becoming richer and the poor are becoming poorer . This is very far from my dreams . I want a country in which no one is poor . All the people should have some type of equality in the distribution of fruits of our land and labour .
Today some people have all the fruits and so many have only thorns in their lot of life . Millions do not get a square meal a day and also do not have proper roofs on their head . We need some socialism in which the poor do not starve naked on the roads and can be assured to their minimum wants and needs . Without socialism , India can never be said to be a free country .
Economic inequality is the root cause of all injustices . The gulf between the haves and the haves not must be bridged . Everyone should have enough to satisfy his needs but none should have more to meets his greeds .
In India of my dreams , people should be :
THINK LESS OF MONEY
USE LESS MACHINERY
DEPEND LESS UPON GOVERNMENT
FOLLOW RELIGION MORE .
