"Excuse me" A faint voice.

"Miss" again, I slowly open my eyes, William's head on my shoulder, after I wake up, I nudge his arm so he'll wake up.

"She's alright" doctor comes after forty-five minute, we fell asleep didn't even know when while waiting.

I smile to William after listening to the statement. His shoulder shrugs off in relief.

"Thanks" he says to the doctor.

"It's my duty, You could see her after she'll wake up" doctor states. And nods then walks over us.

I pat my hand on his knee and smile he smiles back, it's been so long I've seen his smile.

"We could go to canteen while you wait for her to wake up" I gently state he nods.

We walk downstairs for canteen, I'm not a big fan of lift when it comes to walking down stairs.

"You should have some water first" I state and walk towards counter he walks with me.

I grab one water bottle and one sandwich, we sit on chair and I place sandwich and bottle on table He sits next to me.

"You should eat" I state, he drinks water looking like a toddler, cute, I smile at him, this is wrong but I can't help.

"What about you?" He asks.

"I'm not hungry" I reply

"Neither I am" he smiles and I really can't help, he's looking so adorable with this smile.

"You need to eat" I command.

"I won't" he shifts sandwich towards me.

"William!" I huff.

"Evelyn!" he reply and huffs back.

"Alright don't eat" I roll my eyes and lean back on chair cross my arms over my stomach.

Without saying anything he takes sandwich from paper plate and starts eating.

"You always do what I refuse to" I say with irritation.

"Oh sorry, I won't eat" he keeps sandwich back after one bite speaks with mouth full.

"Eat it now" I chuckle, he does the same.

"Hey!" A familiar but still unfamiliar voice speaks from my right. I turn my head and see Shami's favourite doctor.

"Hi!" I speak with genuine smile.

"You're here, I thought I should tell you, that women is back to her granddaughter" she speaks and sits on chair next to me opposite to William.

"Aren't I her granddaughter" I speak she chuckles.

"That's great that you've bought her to hospital"

"Why won't I, I mean why would someone kidnap that talkative women" We both laugh.

"She's Alzeimer" she speaks.

"Oh, that's why she was behaving like that, you know we were coming in a cab, she said, 'Najmi, my love I've been searching everywhere for you, the cab driver's reaction was priceless, I can't tell how it was—" I laugh she does too "—he was giving me sympathetic look"

"That's what actually happens, I still remember the first day I met her, I was like... what is this women? but later she's like...interesting" she speaks.
