whats happening

I was cuddling with Hunter in is room wail he was playing Xbox me being my cute self kept pushing buttons on the controller he always found it cute and would just laugh about it and poke my nose but this time he got mad and yelled 

" WHY CANT I EVER PLAY WITH OUT YOU DOING THAT" he yelled 

i looked at him with tear filled eyes and asked why he had to yell at me 

" im so sorry i just have alot going on and video games and you just help me get it off my mind i don't know why i yelled" he said with a sad look

" whats going on babe you been like this for a few weeks" i say

 he sits up and pulls me were im in front of him and he holds my hand and smiles 

" my mom and dad my be spliting up they have not been the same for awhil now" he says looking down at his legs and our hands 

" babe look at me please" i say

he looks up and smiles alittle and says im glad your in my life i hope i dont lose you i dont know what i would do if i did i push my self closer to him and place my forehead on his and he looks into my eyes then moves his hand to my cheek tilts his head and kisses me and i blush and smile no matter how much we kissed that way i always got happy and then i notice i was actually in his lap and he had his hand on the buttom of my back

" I love you lexi and that will never change" he says to he wail i look at him smiling

" I love you to hunter" i say 

" baby i dont know what to do" he says to me

" what do you mean babe" i say to him

" my mom and dad want me to pick who to live with and who to stay with on the weekends and holidays and one month of summer" he says with tears in his eyes the whole time we have dated he only cried in front of me once

"who do you want to live with" i say

" they both will be living here in the sate so i will still be close to you and going to school with you still" he says

" then who do you want to stay with more" i say holding his hand

" my mom shes staying in this house and i know she likes you alittle more then my dad" he says

" so tell them when they ask" i tell him

his mom walks in

" he guys so hunter did you pick who you are living with yet" she ask trying to stay happy

" yes i did i want to live with you i dont want lexi to have to deal with dad alot since he does not like her that much and i know he does not apporve of how i turned out" he says holding my hand trying to fake a smile

" ok ill just tell your dad you picked me not all that i dont want him to blame lexi for what you picked shes to nice and shes the best thing that happened to you" she says looking at us smiling

" thanks ma'ma you guys are like another family to me and im glad i meet your son and you all are part of my life and that you welcome me to you house whenever i want to get out of mine " I say smiling .

" awe sweetie you are welcomed her whenever and you know that" she says then comes over and gives us both a hug and says we are going out in a few

"ok" we both say as she walks out

" babe are you ok you looked sad" i say wail holding is hand

" yeah just im not ready to go in front of my mom and dad at court to say who i want to live with" he says

" i will be right there through the whole thing ok just tell them you wan tto stay with you mom and if they ask why tell them the truth not about your dad hating me and you but how he abused you and you dont want to live live that" i say wail walking in

" ok thanks baby girl i love you" he says hugging me

" anytime babe i love you too now get in there" i say

" Hunter please come up and tell us who you want to live with and site why" the judge syas

" I pick to live with my mom the reason for me to pick her is because............................ my dad abused me and still does when my mom and girlfriend go out shopping together or when my mom bring my girlfriend home or go to pick her up i stay home to get ready or to spend time with him but no matter what i never please him he hates me and no matter what i do all he does is hit kick punch and cut me i even have marks to \prove it fresh ones from last night when my mom and girlfriend went out and my dad ask who i might pick" he says starting to cry

" may i see the marks please" the judge ask

" yes you may" he says Hunter pulls up his sleeves on his shirt and there are fresh cuts and brushes on his arm i start to cry not believing what i was seeing 

" Hunter you will be living with you mom and your dad can not see you unless he has your mom or girlfriend come with you guys and by the loos your dad does not like your girlfriend so unless your mom goes or e has a friend of yours and you want to go you cant" the judge says

" How could you do this to me son" his dad says as hunter walks pass him to me and his mom 

" because i rather live with some one who loves me and care about me and likes lexi and wants us to last not someone who keeps trying to split us up" hunter says

he wraps his arm around my side and we walk to the car " by the way you not going to see me until i graduate and i get married" he yells over his solder to his dad then planting a kiss on my cheek
