Heart Broken

Back In Connecticut

I get out of the car at my new home im happy to be back in my home town but im missing my friemds my mom tells me i will not be out of school long and that we have to get me signed in tomorrow i tell her ok.

The next day the moves are here with our stuff and me and my mom are getting ready to leave to get me sighed up in school.

"Lexi come on we have to go" my mom says 

" COMING" i say as i run down the staris 

we get in the car and head to the school bored office then when we are done there we will make a time to go to the school to see what my classes are and when i start.

we sit in the office wail the lady gives me and my mom papers to sign and she tells us what number to call the school so we can find out what day we can go up there to get me signed up in school so i can start.

we get out of the buiding and my mom calles the school and tells they lady what she needs and the lady tells her that we can come in tomorrow at 10:00 so my mom takes it and we head home to start unpacking what we can wail the movers bring the stuff in the house. We get it all done pretty fast and in no time half the hous eis done.

as the sun goes down i lay in bed thinking not about school or missin gmy friends but about Alex and its like he knew i was because at that very second he kiks me sayin ghey hows Connecticut and if i go in touch with any of my old friends.

I kik him back and say i love it and that i start school soon adn yes i haev talked and saw some of my old friemds since i been back ill see more when i start school and he says good im glade your happy and that you answered me becasue he missed talking to me i told him not to get his hopes up im just being nice today.  We talked for a few then he said that he loved and missed me and wish he never hurt me  told him its to laste for anyting im happy and want to stay that way.

I wake up to my mom coming into my room telling me to get ready we have to head to the school to get me my classes and see when i will start. I jump out of bed and rush to get ready i run out the door an dget in the car.

" Are you ready to see when you start" my mom ask me 

" yeah i guess" i say wail looking out the window of the car thinking

we get to the school and sign in then walk to the gudance office we sit there and wait for her to call us in we sit there for a few then we here a lady say we can come back to her office.I sit down and wait for her to start to talk.

" so i was looking at you papers from your old school" the lady says " but it seems like you have most of your fresheman credtis so i need to see what classes you still need and put you in themm and just fill in the blanck with somthing"

" will i have to take any of the classes again because i really dont want to i worked really hard for them" I say to her

" No i will make sure that you dont have to i understand that you worked hared and i will make sure you dont lose them" she says 

" Thank you" i say 

" ok well you can start tomorrow and ill have one of the freshman give you a ture around so you know were it all is tomorrow morining so come in here the second you get into school ok" she says to me

" i look at her ok i will thank you see you tomorrow" i say back 

Me and my mom get up and walk down and sign out of the school and head home t make sure i ahve evrything together for my first day.

The next morining my mom wakes me up to tell me school is closed do to the snow thats outside i say ok and go back to sleep. i was upset that my first day was cancled but i was also happy because i was not ready to start yet.

i sit in my room that day and think about what it might be like to be new this far into the year then i tell myslef i can do this its not my first time being new to a school. I lay in bed all day till dinner then i go down to eat but after that i go right back up and lay there. I finally fall asleep knowing that friday was my new first day.
