TWO DAYS BEFORE

"I thought you were happy about a true alpha being your ally..", Liam said, looking at Amy for an explanation.

"I am...I just want you not to..."

"Not to... make him involved in this?"

"yes."

"So how exactly do you expect him to help you then?"

"I expect him to help... when he will still be alive to do it, Liam. If you tell him.." Amy paused, looked at Liam, and continued, "look. I know he means a lot to you...and that's why I don't want any casualties, if you tell him then the reality changes, then it can't be under my control..under our control..the one reality which has a happy ending to it.."

"you should be a screenwriter or something.."

"a..screen..what?"

"forget it. You promise you're telling the truth?"

"I promise Liam. I know I behaved like a jerk to you, because I thought you were just like my asshole father who..."

"Woah...woahh..what the..."

"okay..maybe we don't have time for another history lesson about my father do we?"

"No...I definitely wanna know more about your father.."

Amy smiled, "Not today Liam, I've got more stuff to do...The world is at stake. If what you said was true, after Scott, Stiles, and Allison's surrogate sacrifice, then all those years...every time the Nemeton attracted supernatural creatures, it brought mostly the evil ones closer to Beacon Hills, and it was feeding off the negative energy the entire time, which was the first step of the Achilles coming back to this realm..So..."

"So..you were saying something else, you left it unfinished.."

"What? For me behaving like a jerk to you?"

"Yeah, that one.."

"yeah I'm sorry about that, well, I'm partly not sorry...cuz..I don't do well in teamwork..and there's a reason I have trust issues, I didn't have as easy of a life as you did in this realm, which ..is a story I'm not gonna say now..cuz.."

"You are losing time?"

"No...we both are losing time..So remember the plan what I said and please act according to it, the last thing you wanna do is lose your faith in me.."

"I won't...I promise.."

"Goodbye, Liam.."

"Goodbye, Amy..."

PRESENT DAY

Liam's POV

As long as I followed Amy's conversational leads, we were friends.
She spoke in her animated way about her petty grievances for my mess, while I showed concern, empathy, and drop-in helpful suggestions. But no sooner had I changed track she's fidgeting and her eyes keep flicking to her magical globe, awaiting the arrival of something.

All of Amy's plans and my arguments started playing by my head again.

I felt like an idiot among all of this going on.

I don't know why I trusted Amy before Scott and others in the first place itself. I knew all about the shootout in the sheriff's station last night, Lydia got shot in the arm, Scott got shot in the back, that random blonde guy was killed and Here I was, with, Amy...nodding my head after everything she said and following her orders.
