Vallea lay in bed sleeping she was so tired she’d been there two weeks and only had four weeks left to the beginning of term then she would plan her escape out of this hell hole and return home if she knew where this hell hole was. It was always sunny, and hot. She has a feeling that she wasn’t in the U.K. any more they’d moved there before she had begun high school because the heat in Italy didn’t agree with her or her delicate skin. She was supposed to moisturise her skin daily, her skin had begun to blister and she was feeling the sun stroke become worse, she had become nauseous due to the heat, was she back in Italy? If so, where was she?

The knock came to the door and she wanted to tell them to go away.  "Val are you up"

"Go away." She groaned.

"It’s me Domienico can I come in."

"Go away I don’t feel good."

"I’m coming in."

She  screamed into her pillow.

The door creaked as he opened it. He walked over to her bed bending down. "Don’t play the shit over my eyes Val I’m not dumb."

"Go away." She muffled, in her pillow.

He threw the cover back. "Get up Val! Nicolo expects you downstairs in ten."

"What don’t you understand about me feeling like shit?" She questioned.

"You’ll get over it, it's normal."

"Go away, wake me tomorrow by then I may be feeling better.‘

"I’m not buying that Val and neither will Nicolo."

"Fine ass hole."

She slowly pulled her tired body up.

He looked at her. "Gee you really do look like shit."

"Love you too. Let’s get this over and done with so I can go back to sleep."

"I don’t think Nicolo will let you rest today. We have a busy day ahead of us."

"Great." She groaned

She pulled herself up off the bed, her head dizzy, everything around her went black and she fell.

"What’s wrong with her doc?’

"Sun stroke .’

"How’s that possible doc? She hardly goes out."

"Does she stay out there long when she does?"

"A few hours. Her and my brother run together, swimming together normal things kids their age do."
