Jasper's Everything

Thirty

I stare in shock at the father I've known all these years staring at me with red eyes. I was lost for words. How did this happen?

"Daddy, what happened?"

Tanya walked in causing them to look with questioning look. "I found him in the kitchen with a bite mark on his neck. When he woke up three day later, I asked him what happened, but the vampire he described was a stranger. Someone we never met."

Naomi looked at her dad. "I would hug you, but I'm scared that I may be in more pain then usual." She tells him. "There's just so much I have to tell you..."

"Later, Drew." He said as he grabbed her a blanket. "I need to hunt and you need to rest. Too much excitement."

Naomi smiled as she covered herself up and looked at Jasper. He nodded with a smile as he got beside her and laid behind her. Rosalie walked in with Mary making Naomi and Jasper smile. Jasper took Mary into his arms and covered them up.

"I think we should just let this be. No more fighting." Rosalie said as she looked at Jacob, Leah, and Seth. "Even if an ass threw his food at me."

Jacob smirked. "I would wipe that smirk off." Emmett said. "Rosalie has bite."

Jacob did just that. He smelt another vampire or two and looked. "Where's Naomi?"

"Resting." Rosalie said as Charlie walked in. "Charlie, this is James. The man Naomi helped escape a crazy redhead bitch."

"Rosalie." Esme said as she hugged James and Vanessa. "Vanessa, would you and James like to help us finish the surprise house for Naomi?"

"Of course." Vanessa said. "Anything for that stronger human. How's the baby?"

Jasper shook his head as he was happy that their friends were there. He kissed Naomi's head as he placed his hand on the bump that continues to grow as the day goes by. "How to keep you fed?" He mumbled as Edward heard Esme saying the same thing then Jacob.

"That just may work."

Waking up to a glass of blood in front of you was the one thing that you wouldn't expect. No one was around, not even Jasper or Mary. Where could they be?

"Jasper?"

Carlisle walked in and sighed. "He is outside waiting for you to drink that. Alice and Edward made sure to get him out of here..."

"I will not drink that till my husband is in here with me." She said. "Jasper is strong and I know he can be around that glass. I just want him beside me so I won't throw up."

Seeing the tears in her eyes, Carlisle nodded as he saw Jasper. He watched as Jasper went to Naomi's side and handed her the cup. She looked up at him as he nodded causing her to take a sip as the others walked in. "Naomi?"

"It's delicious." She tells them as she started drinking.

"It's working."

Jasper sighed in relief. Naomi looked at him as he kissed her head. "I'm going to check on Mary, you continue to drink that."

"Thank you for being here."

"You're my wife. I took a vow and you also proved that I'm strong enough just for you." He said. "I'll be back."

Naomi nodded as he walked away as she drank the glass of blood.

I knew that Jasper felt better about himself. He can do this. Mary is human, I'm still human, he should understand that he is not weak, he is stronger then the others combined. With a little push of encouragement from me, Jasper will finally stop thinking badly about himself because he is my everything.
