Thirty six

When we went back to get our kids, we weren't expecting everyone to be there. I felt Naomi grabbing my hand as I knew that something was up. The only person I didn't see is my best friend and her mate.

"Where's Edward?" Naomi asked.

Emmett handed a letter over to her causing her to open it. Jasper looked at his father in law as Naomi looked up. "They left us." She says. "Alice knows where to find someone like Elijah and that she will meet us at the opening when the snow sticks."

Jasper put his arms around her as he hated to hear this. The others smiled till Jasper smelt someone that was familiar. "Hello, major."

"Peter."

The redhead looked at them as they hugged. She was very confused till she felt a little hand and looked at her daughter. She took Mary from Rosalie as Esme walked over with Elijah. "Hey baby." She says kissing his head.

Jasper walked over to his wife smiling. "Darlin', I want you to meet my friends. Peter and Charolette."

"Hello."

Elijah started squirming causing Jasper to take him. "Hey, buddy." Peter says. "Are they..."

"Elijah is like us, but Mary, she's human and that's a whole new different story."

Naomi didn't say anything as she was thinking of something. She looked at her daughter, her son, than to her father. She knew she would have to figure out what she was going to do about Bella. "Jasper?" He looked at her. "We have to prove to them that Irina is innocent."

"How?"

"We just tell them that Bella is manipulative and they will see everything she did." She tells him.

Naomi went home and laid in the bed with Mary as she slept. She smiled as she snuck out and went to check on Elijah. Jasper saw his wife and smiled. "Darlin', I went and got these with Peter." He says. "I've been working with Mr. Jenks. He only made passports for the children and will make one for whoever goes with them."

The redhead looked at her husband. "No." She tells him. "Jasper, I don't want our kids running for the rest of their lives because of their psychotic aunt wants them dead."

Jasper followed her. "Baby, I know that you are upset..."

"Why didn't you talk to me before going up there first? You should have thought of me. I'm their mother and we are in this together."

Jasper wrapped his arms around her causing her to look at him. "I'm sorry, darlin', I'm just think of their safety just like you are, but I shouldn't be making plans myself." He leaned in causing her to smile. "I need to make them with my wife."

Naomi smiled as she kissed him. "How about we go sit by the fire and enjoy this moment?"

"The fire isn't lit."

The redhead smiled as she guided him down to the fire place. She put her finger near the wood and started the fire causing Jasper to be amazed. Naomi turned and looked at him smiling causing Jasper to kiss her. The redhead laughed as she pulled back. "Jasper, I know Elijah isn't old enough, but maybe, after this is over, we should have another one."

Jasper ripped her shirt off causing her to give him a look. "How about we do that now and tomorrow, we will help you learn to control your gift."

"I like the sound of that." She tells him as she kissed him.

Irina looked at Bella as the day was coming. She was unsure about all this. Especially after Alice left a note for her telling her that Bella lied. Elijah is not an immortal child. He was born. Deciding to make a call, Irina knew this may change everything that may save her. "Kate, tell me about Elijah."
