Garrett Hawke (Rogue): The oldest Hawke sibling

o   Garrett wields dual daggers and specializes in sabotage and shadows

o   After Leandra's death, his attitude changes from diplomatic to sarcastic

o   If he was there, he would've preferred to side with the templars during Meredith's annulment of the Circle

Fenris: Garrett doesn't like Fenris one bit. The elf's vocal dislike of mages rubs him the wrong way, given that both of his surviving siblings are mages. When the opportunity presents itself, Garrett himself reaches out to Danarius and attempts to hand Fenris back over to his former master.

o   In doing so, however, Marian discovers that Garrett is in fact jealous of her position as the Champion of Kirkwall and is just using Fenris' rejection of her as an excuse to sell Fenris out

o   The argument between them results in Marian telling Garrett to leave Kirkwall for good, as she can no longer trust her brother

o   The Hawke siblings have not seen each other since that day

Varric Tethras: Garrett likes Varric a great deal, but he can't seem to figure out how to beat the dwarf in Wicked Grace. Still, he can't not show up for game night and miss out on a chance to listen to more of Varric's tales, especially the crazy ones about Marian. Varric's nickname for him is Waffles.

Aveline Vallen: Garrett has a very professional friendship with Aveline. They share a mutual understanding of what it means to get the job done, even if their methods don't always align. He shares his sister's opinions of wanting to bring Aveline along for most missions, just so that she is aware of what goes on in Kirkwall.

Merrill: Garrett thinks Merrill is absolutely adorable and can't stop himself from flirting with her whenever he has the chance. He isn't entirely comfortable with the blood magic, but he's willing to overlook most of it in favor of her endearing personality. Until the encounter with her Keeper and the demon when everyone turns on Merrill, and they are forced to slaughter her whole clan. That is when he seriously begins to reconsider his relationship with her.

Isabela: Garrett hooks up with Isabela often. While they do have some playful banter between them, their friendship goes little beyond physical attraction. Neither of them have any qualms about it, however, and are also not shy about over-sharing in front of the others.

o   After Isabela steals the Tome of Koslun and flees Kirkwall, she hunts down Garrett, and the two of them run off to be together.

Anders: Garrett finds Anders little more than a nuisance. He ignores his ravings about mage freedom and only gets short-tempered with the healer mage when Anders' comments become overly aggressive towards Marian. However, Garrett has made it crystal clear to Anders that if he had to choose, he would side with his sisters every time, which has kept Anders from harassing him about his opinion like he does to everyone else.

Sebastian Vael: Garrett doesn't think Sebastian has much of a personality, but he doesn't dislike the man. He personally just finds Sebastian to be boring and even a little narrow-minded in his approach to the world, with everything being centered around the Chantry.

Carver Hawke: Garrett and Carver had a friendly sibling relationship growing up, as they were both born without any magical abilities, and therefore trained in other fighting styles. While Carver preferred two-handed weapons, Garrett found he himself had more skill with daggers, and the two would often duel each other while their sisters were off practicing spells. When Carver was killed by the Ogre during their escape from Lothering, Garrett lost his shit and slaughtered the Ogre single-handedly in a rage while his sisters fended off the darkspawn.

Bethany Hawke: Garrett and Bethany were not as close growing up, but he still looked out for his younger sister as much as he could. When Bethany contracted the taint in the Deep Roads and they had to bring her to the Grey Wardens, Garrett resigned himself to never seeing her again and instead focused on helping Marian deal with the loss of their other younger sibling.
