Someone jumped in and I rolled to the side. I stood up, swinging my light sword around like a maniac. I decapitated him before he could even stand back up.

Akihiro's P.O.V

"We'll he's certainly a fuckin' badass ain't he. He doesn't give a fuckin' inch!" Akihiro exclaimed.

"You're so evil, master... and I like it that way..." Akihiko said suggestively.

"He doesn't even KNOW he's killing all the oblivious shitheads. He just assumes it's a game!" Akihiro whisper-shouted, afterall, they were in the tournament too. They can't be too loud.

My P.O.V

This is definitely not an ordinary game... I thought. Something fucked up is going on here.

I walked over to Kirito, Asuna and Sinon.

"Was that all of them?" Asuna asked.

"That was only two. There were at least eight before but they potentially backed off after seeing their pals obliterated so fuckin' effortlessly," I said.

"Are you praising yourself too much?" Asuna asked.

"I can never get enough self-praise!" I exclaimed jokingly before a bullet whizzed right by my head. "HOLY SHIT! THAT WAS CLOSE!"

I took out my pistol and aimed it at the place where the bullet was fired but there was no one there. They were fiendishly fast, shit.

I looked around but there was still no one.

"Let's get the fuck out of here," I said and we all bolted from the area.

The scenery of the warzone was unlike any warzone I'd even heard of. Not a wasteland, not a deep, wet, oozy jungle. Just a small clearing with a few trees blotting out the direct sunlight. It was strange. Our base of operations, however, was inside of a wasteland. Leafless trees stood up like brittle sticks, stuck in the dry sand. The sand constantly flowed, making it slightly more difficult to gain a stable footing.

Our cave was almost directly in the centre of the wasteland. It was a good place because if someone stood on top, they could see all directions for a very long way. There was no possible way of sneaking up on the cave unless no one was keeping watch or someone had an invisibility cloak which was a possibility with the death gun incident.

When we got to the entrance, I looked around one last time. No one was there. We had lost them.

"Alright, there's no one there, I think we lost them. Do you think they were cross teaming or were they just at the same place at the same time?" I asked.

"Probably the same place, same time," Sinon responded.

"We'd better be careful from here-on out," I said, letting out a long-winded sigh.

"Well, what's our next plan of action, chief?" Asuna asked, kiddingly.

"Oh... ah... well..." I sputtered.

"Heh..." Asuna chuckled.

"OH I KNOW!"

"Damn it."

"We have to find those suspicious guys in black cloaks. They are no doubt up to something and it will potentially affect this tournament on an enormous scale."

I looked around at the others and to my surprise, actually looked somewhat agreeable.

"Yeah, those guys did look sort of suspicious when they appeared on the hologram," Sinon agreed. "Do you think they could possibly be administrators?"
