CORY's POV
As I am walking their way Mary sends me a smirk I just smiled back at her, While Tommy looked very confused at what was happening. When Tommy spotted me he left Mary and walked beside me.
"Hey, Cory. what class do you have?" Tommy asked as he walked slightly in front of me facing backward
"I have math. Don't fall or hit anyone. what about you?" I replied back
"WOW you have so little faith in me, don't you. same as you so I will. just walk with you to class" he said and continued to walk next to me facing the right way. I just smiled at his actions.
"you coming to Karate today after school?" Tommy asked as we got closer to our classroom
"Yeah of course someone gotta kick Johnny's butt so his ego doesn't get too big" I replied making both of us laugh. When we arrived at class I sat next to Johnny while Tommy sat next to Bobby.
TOMMY's POV
As I was talking to Mary I saw Cory heading our way. Mary looked at Cory giving a sly kinda smirk but Cory just gave a sarcastic smile at the action. I was very confused as to why they were doing this but didn't say anything. As Cory got closer to us I left Mary who tried to grab my arm and stop me but failed. I walked just in front of Cory facing backward
"Hey, Cory what class do you have?" I asked
"I have math. Don't fall or hit anyone. what about you?" She replied back making me smile at how little she trusted me not to crash
"WOW you have so little faith in me, don't you. same as you so I will. just walk with you to class" I retorted trying to be smooth it probably failed but it's too late now so
"you coming to Karate today after school?" I asked her. 'I really hope she comes' I thought to myself
"Yeah of course someone gotta kick Johnny's butt so his ego doesn't get too big," She said making us both laugh. I turned and walked beside her faceing the same direction as her now as we walk. as we were walking to class I couldn't help but ask
"so what did you and Bobby talk about?" I asked while nudging her side trying not to sound jealous but still teasing her.
"Nothing much and were just friends Tommy besides Bobby has his eye on someone else," she said with a large smile on her face.' god her smile is so beautiful she should smile more. you know what I am going to make it my goal to make her smile like this at least once every day I thought to myself. as I finished my thought we had unfortunately arrived at Math. We both walked in and she sat down next to Johnny while I sat next to Bobby.
"Hey Tommy I need you and the guys to meet me at our beach sport after Karate it's important and Cory can't know ok" Bobby whispered to me
"yeah ok" I replied
time skip
the rest of the School day went by pretty fast Cory the boys and I had just finished at the Dojo. As we all headed to the parking lot to our bikes Cory kept looking around
"what's wrong?" I asked Cory
"Nothing why?" she replied and then continued to look around trying to find something or someone
"you keep looking around," I said hoping that she wasn't looking for Daniel who had walked into the Dojo earlier while we were practicing
"Yeah that's what eyes are for Tommy" she replied sarcastically while all the boys laughed
