*Charlie's P.O.V.*This was scary. I was seeing ghosts everywhere. I felt claustrophobic. I was trying not to look at them when a young girl came up to new came up to me. I could feel that she was dead, I didn't know how, I just could.
"You can see us can't you? Can't you!"
I put my head down as to not draw any attention. Then I quickly answered her question.
"Yes I can, but please not right now, wait until I get to my room. So we can talk without people staring."
"Fine! But hurry up!"
"Yes ma'am." I started making my way to my room wishing that my doctor didn't make me get up and walk around. I was almost there when a woman with long, curly brown hair walked up to me. (She wasn't dead.)
"You can see them too can't you?" Asked the woman.
"Yes, now please-- wait what do you mean, Can you see them too?"
"I can see them, my name is Malinda Clancy." I shook her hand then introduced myself.
"Charlie, Charlie Lenehan. It's nice to meet you."
"What the heck do I do?"
"Well you have to try and cross them over."
"I have to what?"
"You have to cross then over, help them to see the light so they can go into it."
"And how do I do that?"
"You have to figure out what unfinished business is keeping them here and try to help them finish it."
"How do I do that?"
"Here, show me to your room and I'll help you cross her over."
"Alright, right this way."

The ghost was screaming at Melinda, and I was amazed that no one else could hear her.
"Alright, first of ask young lady, quit screaming at me, and second of all, slow way down."
"Fine! My name Debbie and I just died and I need my parents to know something before I leave."
"Alright, thank you, where are they?"
"Follow me." The girl then turned around abruptly, whipping her hair in the process.
"Alright Charlie, here comes the hard part, telling people you can see spirits."
"Oh lordy."
Me and Melinda left the room and began following Debbie. We'd only walked a few doors down when Debbie told us to stop.
"Ok Charlie, here we go." Melinda knocked on the door lightly
We then walked in on two grieving parents. I looked over on the bed, laying there so peacefully, was Debbie. But she was also standing right next to me, it was a horrible feeling.
"Hello, my name is Melinda. And, well, I can see your daughter's spirit. I know this is-"
"I knew she was still here! James I told you! I knew she wasn't at rest!"
"Wait what?" Asked Melinda.
"I knew my daughter wasn't gone, I could feel her."
"Yes, well she's is here, in fact she's standing between me and my friend Charlie here, he can see her as well."
"Does there have to be two of you or no?" Asked Debbie's mom.
"No ma'am, you see he has the gift as well, but gee only just got it so he has no idea what to do, so im kind of mentoring him I guess."
"Oh, ok. So what is Debbie still here for?"
Debbie then stepped in front of me and started telling me everything I needed to know.
"Ok, first of all, I need my mom to know about the journal that's behind the plant over there."
"Alright. Ma'am she wants you to know about a journal she kept hidden behind that plant in the window."
then subdue looked at me and Todd me, "and tell my dad that I'm sorry. I should never have stolen that the hundred dollars from him to buy those stupid tickets."
"And sir, she would like you to know that she is truly sorry for stealing that the hundred dollars from you to buy those tickets."
As I told her dad this he began crying.
"Can you tell her that it's alright, it was most likely the last concert she would ever be able to go to, and me and her mother both knew it, so me and her mother shouldn't have tried to keep her home."
Melinda then quietly told him, "she can hear you."
"Honey, we should never, never have kept you from that concert! We knew it was wrong but we just wanted to spend time with you. And we are truly sorry for that."
"Daddy, its alright, how could you have known that I would have an aneurysm at the concert. Tell him for me?"
"She says that it's alright, how could you've known she would have an aneurysm at the concert."
"Wow! What is that? It's so bright and beautiful."
I then looked at her and smiled, because I could feel what she was feeling, pure peace. "I think it's the light, you should go into it."
"I think I will, and tell my mom that I see Grandma and Aunt Serbia. And that I'm happy now."
"I will I promise." Then she walked into what I guess was the light. I couldn't see it but I could feel what was inside of it, the peace and the happiness.
"She's gone."
"Thank you young man, and you to ma'am, you mentor well." Said Debbie's mom.
"Your welcome miss."
I told Debbie's parents what she asked me to say then hugged them and left them to themselves.

Me and Melinda were sitting in my room talking, waiting for Brietta to get back so I could introduce them.
"Heyy Melinda, thank you, I never would have figured this whole ghost thing out if it weren't for you."
"Your welcome Charlie." Melinda then reached over and hugged me. "But hey, I've actually got to go, I've got to go meet my husband Jim. I hope you have a good day, and good luck with your ghosts."
"Ok, well I hope you have a great time with your husband, and good luck with crossing over your ghosts as well." We hugged and then she left.
