Chapter 11: The Confession

Laughing Jack POV

It's been some time, and life has been good. My feelings for Jason were only growing though. I was planning on confessing soon. "Ow!" I yelped, as the needle pricked my finger once again. I was stitching a teddy bear that I made myself to give to Jason. I put on another bandage, and after some time (and more pricks & bandages), I finally finished. I held the teddy bear and bag of jellybeans in my hand and took a deep breath. "Okay Jack. You can do it." I thought to myself. I teleported out of my room and into Jason's workshop. As usual, Jason was there, making a toy. But this time, he was covered in blood. I assumed he just got back from a massacre. "For he looks so sexy right now..." I thought and blushed. I walked toward him, and he turned around and smiled at me. "Hello Jack." His hair was white, and he had black claws with sharp nails. I looked into those hot, glimmering emerald eyes. "Hey Jason!" I said hesitantly. He turned back into his "fake" form. 'A devil behind an angel's face,' is how most people described him. I, on the other hand, thought he was just an angel. I was snapped out of my thought when he walked up to me. I held the items behind my back. "What's that behind your back?" He asked curiously. I held out the items to him and he gasped. "It's for you..." I said quietly. "Thank you!" He said happily and hugged me. "A-actually, I need to tell you something..." "Yes?" I couldn't hold myself back anymore. I leaned in and kissed him, right on the lips.

My eyes widened as I felt his lips on mine. I was just frozen there. I didn't know whether to kiss back or push him away. He broke the kiss and looked at me. I blushed and looked away. "I love you, Jason...will you be my boyfriend?" He said hopefully. I smiled softly, and replied, "Yes Jack, I will." I leaned in and kissed him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his hands around my waist, making the kiss go deeper. We stayed like that for a little while. Just to make the moment last longer. Little did we know that Laughing Jill & Candy Cane were watching us, silently celebrating.
