" you would be correct " said the voice behind Casey.
Casey felt her heart stop
" Cas. CASEY! " she heard Jasper yell from the phone.
She whipped her head around to see the red haired woman, she ran up the stairs to grab briar but was pulled by her hair to the ground.
" aw, how cute, you think you can outrun me? " Victora said, laughing at the brunette girls attempts.
" no, but I sure as hell throw a punch " Casey said as she punched Victora, only for a purple wave of energy to hit her instead, pushing her against the wall.
Casey took the chance to run upstairs, grab Briar and run out of the house and near the edge of the woods, where she saw the Cullens. She saw Rosalie standing there and motioned to Briar in her arms,
" Briar, I need you to go with Rosalie, okay? " Casey said to the girl in her arms and she nodded. After letting the girl go to Rosalie, she turned back around to the house and ran toward it.
Jasper and Edward were chasing Victora through the woods, trying to get her, but she took a sharp turn. Edward, reading her thoughts knew what she was doing,
" Jasper, shes going after Casey! " Edward yelled
" YOU WANT ME, COME AND GET ME! " They heard someone yell.
" Casey." Japser thought, and he was right.
Casey was waiting at the front of her house, waiting for Victora. Seeing her run toward her, Casey threw another punch, sending Victora flying, but quickly getting back up again, runnning for the girl.
Casey tried to punch her again but it was easily dodged, resulting in Victora wrapping her hands around Caseys neck. she in a panic, realised a wave purple energy out, burning Victora, making her run off.
Casey on the other hand, felt weak, falling to the ground, she braced herself for the impact, but it never came. She opened her eyes to see Jasper looking down at her with a worried face " you have magic? " Jasper asked, " I have magic, cowboy " was the last thing Casey said before everything went black.
-Flashback-
" Casey, Your sister, she- she didnt make it " Said one of the doctors. Her entire world crumbled, there was no trace of emotion on her face as she processed what she had been told. Her sister. Her bestfriend. Was dead " No, No please tell me this is some kind of sick joke " She muttered as the doctor shook his head " Im so sorry " he said. walking out of the room. She sat there, filling with grief, realizing that she had killed her own sister.
-End Of Flashback-
Casey eyes shot open as a gasp left her mouth. Her eyes searched the room, finding medical equitment, and a blonde man walking in the room " Casey, how are you feeling?" he asked " um, a little dizzy, who are you? " she asked " My names Carlisle, you know my son Jasper " He said " oh right, What happened? " she asked " ill let Jasper handle this one " he said as Jasper walked in, like he heard Carlisle talking. Carlisle left the room so the pair of 'teens' could talk in private.
