This is loosely inspired by a dream, and based on the opposite of 'Humans are space orcs'. Humans are space mice.
or something similar idk.

Content warnings(?):

Miscommunication/misunderstandings, dehumanization and calling characters "it", imprisonment, cursing, fears of death, imprisonment, a bit of rough handling, a lot of building up trust, and highly improbable, entirely made up space settings, species and languages.

Honestly I was just having fun/killing time with this. It seems a little dark for the first few chapters but i promise it's got a good ending.

Arden's life has been nothing but one bad choice after another.

He sneaks onto a departing ship seeking refuge, but is quickly caught by the giant crew on board.
