Marina One Shots

Its positive!

Maya's pov

My shift was ending in a little more that an hour when Carina texted me that she had a surprise for me. I actually had no clue of what she had prepared and I was so excited to get home.

I finished paperwork in my office until i was able to leave the station. I got in my car and drove, having no clue of what could be the surprise. She texted me a little bit before the end of my shift because she wanted me to go buy chocolate sauce and strawberries. I had no idea why but i did what she asked and made my way back to our apartment.

I opened the door and put the things that i bought on the kitchen table. I went to call out Carina's name when she appeared in the kitchen.

"Hii babe! How are you?" I asked.

"Im fine bambina. What about you?" She said smiling

"Im fine but im dying to know what is the surprise that you talked about..." I said as i saw that she was hiding something in her hands behind her back.

She looked at me for a second and the biggest smile that I've ever seen appeared on her face.

"Its positive!" She said with tears in her eyes showing me the little pregnancy test.

"Omgg!" I said as the tears began to appear in my eyes too.

I ran to her and lifted her in the air. I couldn't believe that we are gonna be moms soon!
I let her down and gave her a few kisses.

"I love you soo much you have no idea" I said a tear falling on my cheek.

Carina already was already in bed when i went to join her in our bedroom. She was reading a book and i was still processing the fact that she literally had our child in her belly right now.

I lifted her shirt to reveal her belly and started tracing patterns on it. I couldn't believe that, months ago, i didn't even want to hear about having kids.

"Hi baby." I whispered to her belly.

"You know they are the size of like nothing right now and they definitely can't hear you" She said giggling.

"I know but still" i said, wanting the baby to know that I'll always be here.

"You know baby, a little while ago, i told your mama that i didn't want to have kids and it was the dumbest thing ever because now im so happy that you are here and you're not even out yet" I said laughing at the irony of it.

"I wouldn't change a thing bella." Carina told me with the sweetest smile.

"Me neither" i responded before kissing her and her belly

"Should i go get the chocolate sauce now?" i said with a smirk

We took a shower before getting back to bed. I snuggled my head in her neck and put my hand on her belly.

"Good night loves" I said relieved that the whole thing worked and that, couple months from now, im gonna be holding a mini Carina in my arms.
