"B-blood.." I said while I saw Kocho on her knees still wanting to fight despite her condition, "K-kocho!" I shouted as an illusion was about to attack her from behind she was in a critical condition what is she thinking?! does she want to die or something?! I carried her and ran from there I was confused why she didn't make a sound and I noticed that she already lost her consciousness, I checked her pulse and felt relieved when I felt her heart beat. "I'm sorry" I said in a fainted voice, tears were falling down my eyes like waterfall I felt like I made the biggest mistake of my life.. Kocho got hurt because of me.. "I'm Sorry Shinobu" I said while she was still unconscious, I don't have her permission to call her, her first name but I want to say it.. It might be my.. last chance..

I came back to the butterfly mansion while carrying Shinobu, "S-SHINOBU-SAMA?!" kanao was here outside.. "Tomioka-san, what happened?!" Kanao said terrified, She called Aoi and she took Shinobu, "There was this illusion demon.. It's my fault, She protected me.." I said with a cracked voice, My fault.. My fault.. Shinobu please don't die. 

I went inside the butterfly estate and treated my wounds, Shinobu please be alright.. I kept cleaning my wounds when Tanjiro saw me, "Tomioka-san are you alright?" He asked, "Shinobu please be alright.." I kept muttering, he looked at me with a confused face and as his hearings are strong he heard what I was saying, "Did something happen to Kocho-san?" He asked, "Yes.. She got hurt because of.. me" I felt a tear escape from my eyes, "It's alright she will be okay she's Kocho-san after all" tanjiro gave me a smile and thumbs up, "I have to train now, If you need help call me" He said then ran away while Inosuke and Zenitsu followed him, What a sweet smile.. I remembered Shinobu's smile.. It was the sweetest of all.

An hour had pass and Mitsuri came, "Tomioka-san where is Shinobu?" She panicked sweating, I pointed at the room where Shinobu was being treated and Mitsuri bursted in slamming the door.. She IS a strong woman after all, "SHINOBU-CHAN!" I can hear crying.. I decided to walk over and saw that Shinobu was done being treated and just laying down sleeping, Mitsuri was crying beside her hugging her hand while she was asleep.

"Tomioka-san.." Mitsuri cried, I heard a knock from behind and saw Obanai, "Obanai-san!~" Mitsuri cried while hugging Shinobu's hand, He just waved and stayed at the side of the door, "UMAI!"... Rengoku? I looked outisde and saw Rengoku with Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke, "what happened?" Obanai asked, "Illusion" I said then left.. I really don't want to talk about it..

I left the butterfly estate after a few days and Oyakata-sama hasn't given me a mission, Not like I wanted to accept a mission honestly, "TOMIOKA-SAN!" I heard someone call me from outside.. SHINOBU?! I don't know why but I hid inside my room and locked the door, THIS MUST BE AN ILLUSION! THAT DEMON.. "Tomioka-san~ That's not how you treat visitors!~" She said with an annoyed tone.. She's probably still wearing that sweet smile.. "GIYYU-KUN!" She bursted..

What was that?! I looked and saw my door on the floor.. "GIYUU-KUN!~ DON'T MAKE ME KICK YOUR DOOR DOWN!~" She said while looking at my bedroom door.. I have no choice..

I opened the door widely and to my surprise.. "Shinobu..?" I said with a faint voice, "Tomioka-san~ I heard that you have not been very well! Don't blame yourself of what happened to me It was my choice~" smiled.. she gave me that sweet smile again.. I can' help but to return the smile.

"Oh my~ is Tomioka-san smiling?~ fufu" She laughed.. I'm just glad she's okay.

"Are you okay Shinobu? Are you still hurt?" I remembered that she had an open wound on her arm.. she must still be hurt! "Oh! Since when did we go on a 1st name basis Tomioka-san?~" She teased..

"Oh.. right.. Sorry Kocho" I apologized.. How rude of me to call her by her first name! "fufu, It's okay Tomioka-san! But only if you allow me to call you Giyuu-Kun :)" She gave me that sweet smile again.. I wanna call her Shinobu-chan.. or at least just Shinobu so, okay.

"Okay then Shinobu-chan" I smiled again.. I was not.. Maybe I'm just imagining things but.. I swore I saw her blush and then she looked away.

"A-anyways.. Giyuu-kun! Do you have anything to do?" She asked, "Not really.." I whispered looking around and saw the mess.. Have I been living like this for the past days? "Giyuu-kun~ How irresponsible! Here let me clean up for you!" She said picking up a book on the ground beside her.

"No don't!" I grabbed her hands before she could fully kneel down, I heard a 'huh?' which was made by her, "Don't.. you might get hurt or your wounds might open.." I said picking her up and placing her on my bed..

I swore I saw her blush and she was red.. I picked her up in a bridal style.. How-.. "It's okay Giyuu-Kun! You couldn't take care of yourself these past few days because of me! I need to make it up to you!~" ... Silly.

"..Fine.. but you can only watch okay?" .. "How am I supposed to help you then?!" She whined, ".. How about- why don't you walk with me later on after I'm done?" I said smiling again.

"fufu~ Sure Giyuu-kun! Be quick!" She said as she pushed me away playfully while chuckling, I gave her a soft chuckle and went to clean the mess I made.

I was cleaning for the past 10 minutes and heard a few faint sounds of walking in my room I thought it must be Shinobu but I'm done anyways so I checked on her, "fufu~" I heard her laugh behind the door.

I opened the door an saw her laughing at a picture.. "What are you laughing at?" I asked... She gave a loud shriek and jumped.. "Uh--.. Nothing?" She said forcibly smiling, 'mhm~' I hummed in response.

She exhaled and gave me a picture.. it was me and a dog.. "I didn't know you liked furry Giyuu-kun~" She teased, "I bet that's the only friend you had in the past~" She teased again.

I Just gave her a smile and a faint chuckled and said: "Come on let's walk, I need fresh air and so do you".

We walked outside and she kept picking pretty flowers and smiling at them "look Giyuu-kun!~ it's so pretty!" She smiled while showing me her loads of flowers.. Not as beautiful as you.
