I stepped out of the car, staring at the front entrance to the ball, I put on my sunglasses.

"Let's get this over with" I sighed. Ryan, my main guard whipped open the doors, I saw everyone's head turn towards us once we walked down the steps. I scanned the room until I locked eyes with her.

I headed towards her until her father, Lorenzo stopped me. When her father signaled her over I could not help but look her up and down, Stella, she is something different. Those hazel eyes did not let go of mine.

Her voice. Her voice is mesmerizing. When Stella found out that she was getting married off, hell broke lose. I didn't expect all that rage to be in that small of a body.

As Stella was storming out I couldn't help but chuckle. Once we made it to my car, Ryan opened the door but before we could get in someone shouted.

"STELLA" Lorenzo roared while his sons followed behind him. I watched her freeze at the sight of her father walking towards her.

"Do you realize what you just did?! You made us look like fools!" He grabbed her arm and started to yank her towards him. I could see the fear in her face when she looked back at me. I grabbed the hand that Lorenzo had gripped onto Stella's arm.

"You do not get to touch my fiancée, Do YOU hear me?" I kept on walking closer to him , making him back up and trip on his own feet. I stared at him and his sons

"you are all fools, ALL OF YOU!" I pointed at every single one of them.

I turned around and sighed "Stella get in the car."

We finally pulled into my driveway, the whole car ride Stella sat there looking out the window, she didn't look away once. Ryan and I both got out, I made my way around and opened the door for Stella. She just sat there, staring at her hands. I looked at Ryan and raised my eyebrow, he just shrugged. Next thing I knew she took off running for the gates.

"Are you going after her or not?" Ryan flashed a grin. " Ryan shut the fuck up I'm already in a bad mood" I sighed while rubbing my forehead.

I caught up to Stella the second she started to take the turn around the gates, she did not look back once while holding her dress up so she wouldn't trip. I grabbed her hand, forcing her to turn into me. She fought me off but I threw her over my shoulder. She started to punch my back while wiggling around.

"Are you done yet?" I growled while walking past Ryan, still holding her.

"If you put me down then I will be!" She shouted. I carried her all the way upstairs with Ryan following behind us, laughing.

"YOU! Zip it!" She yelled while I placed her down in front of her bedroom door.

"This is your bedroom, If you need anything, there is a phone on your nightstand with my number in it." I stared at her before I walked to my office.

I was finishing up my paperwork for my mafia when I heard a slight knock at the door, who's awake at 2 am?. I sighed while getting up to open my office door,

"what do you- oh" I looked down to see that it was Stella. I walked back to my chair and sat down,

"what's wrong?" I mumbled while focusing myself back on my paper work.

"Nothing, I just can't sleep." Stella yawned while she walked over to my desk and started to touch my paperwork. Without realizing I jumped up and grabbed her wrist, causing her to pull herself back. I quickly tensed up and sat down,
