~Stella Ryder~

I rolled over to look at the time, tapping my phone it lit up saying 6:25 am. I laid my head back down on Xavier's arm who is still sleeping. Rubbing my eyes I finally got out of bed and went to the bathroom. I brushed my teeth before getting in the shower. leaning into the shower, I turned it on so it could warm up. I took my hair out of my ponytail and stared at myself in the mirror. Tossing my clothes to the side I got into the steaming shower, running my hands through my hair.

I got out of the shower and wrapped myself up in my towel before opening the bedroom door and walking towards the closet. I pulled out a dark blue long tight dress because there is a whole Mafia dinner and drinks with other Mafias. I turned around to walk away with the dress but I noticed that Xavier woke up and was staring at me in my towel.

"Oh you are awake." I walked past the bed and got up on my tip toes, hanging the dress on the bathroom hooks.

"Why are you up so early?" He rubbed his eyes as he walked past me and leaned on the bathroom sink, eyeing me.

"Because we need to be there early don't we? It is your father who is hosting this correct." My eyes went wide when I realized i'm still in my towel.

"Oh my god get out!" I rushed him out of the bathroom while his face went extremely red. I shut the door behind him and locked it, while having my hand on the door trying to process that just happened. I put on my underwear and my underneath shorts before putting my hand behind me to clip my bra. I opened the bathroom door a little.

"Xavier, pass me a shirt." I put my hand out and thanked him when I felt the shirt go into my hand. I shut the door and held up the shirt, just to notice that it's not mine and that it's his. I put it over my head before sliding my arms through.

"You look good in my shirt." He turned around as I flung opened the bathroom door.

"Oh please, we don't have time for this." I grabbed my curling iron and all my makeup before I started getting ready trying to hide the redness on my face.

I sat in front of the mirror in the bedroom so Xavier could shower and get himself ready. He came out of the bathroom with his towel sitting low on his hips and I did a double look. Holy.

I forced myself to look away and he could tell I was trying so hard to because he laughed at me but all I did was roll my eyes at him.

"Don't roll your eyes at me Stella." He said while he walked back into the bathroom with his clothes.

"Whatever." I added a couple more curls in my hair before putting my mascara on and adding more touches to my makeup.

"Listen while we are there, we need to act like we like each other and are in love. Understand?" He came out and started to put his tie on.

"Act like we are a happy couple who are forced to get married? Got it." I gave him a thumbs up before standing up and unplugging my curling iron.

"Come here." He put his hand out and I took it. Xavier pulled me close to him before pulling out two rings. He let go of my hand and slid the ring on my ring finger. "I got us both rings, since we need them." He kept a straight face at me, scanning the room trying not to look at me.

I held my hand looked at the ring, I mean we're going to need it so we look like we're in "Love". I looked back at him and he already had his ring on, he was fidgeting with it around his finger. "It's beautiful." I smiled. It's simple and I love it.

"When we get married these won't be our rings, just so you know that." He still was twisting around his ring.

"Thank you Xavier." I grabbed his hand to get him to stop and he finally looked me in the eyes.
