aloha is sitting on armys bed. he's on his phone scrolling through social media and taking pictures. army is rearranging his room and cleaning up.

"why are you here? you aren't helping at all," army stood infront of him sweating a bit. aloha stops taking his photos and looks at him.

"ohh uh, i'll help with your closet," he looked over to the closet. army sighs and goes back to cleaning out his drawers. aloha softly giggles and takes a picture of army while he wasn't looking.

army wore a white button up, shorts and punk cherries. aloha eyed his body from head to toe. he blushed from the thoughts that flooded his mind about the boy.

army opens the closet and is greeted by neatly hung coats, shirts and a few unopened boxes. he tries to reach for a box on the upper shelf. "aloha, help me lower this," he sighs and stands aside.

aloha was a little taller than army but he was able to reach the box just fine. he lowered three boxes that seemed to be filled with old things of army.

the boxes had nicely written labels on them: manuals, cooking utensils, and extras. the two inklings sit on the floor and go through the boxes. army opens the cooking one and aloha with the manuals.

aloha opens the box and sees neatly stacked manuals. it consisted of dull colors like orange, blue and purple. "you've got a lot of manuals, doncha think?" he looked at the orange inkling, who seemed to be focused on his own box.

"just separate the blue ones from the others," said army. as aloha dug through and separated the books, he noticed how everything had a label. all but one.

it was a dark pink, fuscha journal with no label at all. it seemed newer than the rest that were in the box. curiosity got to him and he went through it.

he would flip through the pages and quickly scan them. it seemed like a diary. he soon found himself stopping on a page when he saw his name. he started blushing immensely. it was all about...aloha!

it talked about his beauty and habits in the forms of poems and paragraphs. they all complimented aloha in such a way that screamed 'more than a friend'. he could hardly fathom what he was reading.

he flipped through the pages and found more and more stuff written on him. it talked about his eyes, his charming aura–everything! as he was reading it, someone snatched it out his hands.

he looked up to see army. army looked flustered and even a little embarrassed. aloha got up and stood infront of the inkling who seemed to be having a breakdown in his mind.

"h-how much did you read?!" he tightly grasped the book while he took deep breathes. "enough to know that you love me~" aloha walked close to the boy.

"silence! i...do not," he spoke very serious. "what a bad liar you are!" aloha pouted. he pointed to the manual army held very tightly. "who writes that much about a person they don't like or adore? no one!"

army sighs. "fine! it's true, i..." he looks at the floor embarrassed. "...i love you! i know you don't feel the same bu-mmph!" before he could finish his sentence, aloha had brought him in for a kiss.

at first, army tensed up but soon melted into the kiss. although the kiss didn't last long, it felt like hours passed for the two. soon enough, they would break away slowly. the two let out soft giggles and aloha holds his hands.

"i love you too, army."
