I wiped the sweat from my brow as I finally set down the finished product for my sword and new armor. It did take into the next day before I finally finished. Though I did level up crafting a bit more so I now pay attention to the quality of gear I made.
[Unamed Grimm Bone sword: Attack +20, Skills: Union and (Locked), Rank C+~B]
[Description: A blade forged of materials that should not exist. It has exquisite durability, Sharpness, and balance. Truly an amazing work for a common blacksmith. When a compatible title is equipped the user will gain the tempest skill.]This one was interesting. It had a fluctuating rank? And it was a hell of a high one too. Just holding it I could tell it would outclass my other sword. Though it was completely lacking in terms of range. I'll have to figure that out soon.
Though I was a bit curious about the locked skill... How could I unlock it? Well, I'd figure it out soon enough.
[Union: The user's attack speed will be increased while this weapon's corresponding armor is equipped.]
The skill though was a bit lackluster? Honestly, I'd hoped for better from the nevermore. But now it was onto the armor I had made.
[Unamed Grimm skull armor: Defense +30, Skills: Union and Fortress, Rank B.]
[Description: A set of armor created from materials that resonate with the blacksmith. Despite offering great defense it is deceptively light.][Union: The user's damage per hit will be reduced while the corresponding weapon is equipped.]
[Fortress: Ranged attacks deal 20% less damage while this armor is equipped.]
The armor however seemed to turn out a lot better for some odd reason. Despite the bones from the nevermore being higher.
Was it just because I had a grudge against the Deathstalker for nearly killing me?
... That actually could be the answer. But still. Even if the armor wasn't as amazing as I wanted it was more than enough for me. Because not only was the quality better than my old gear now I had more quantity with the items I had gotten from King shrouded in gold.
I'd gone through the items and had sorted them into 3 main categories in my head.
Weapons. Riches. And food.
Honestly, I was very shocked at just the sheer amount of dishes that were in there. And with a quick test when I summoned them they were still heated perfectly as if they had just been cooked.
But for weapons and riches, they were a bit more interesting.
The weapons were lackluster but now I had hundreds of backup swords or even other weapons if I wanted to explore.
And the riches were more gems, Gold, Jewelry, And fine clothing than I cared to even try to count. Though at the end of each description of the items one message.
[The king shrouded in gold threatens you that if you sell any of his treasures he will unleash his wrath upon you.]
... I was scared when he had said that but I ignored it. I didn't want to sell this stuff anyways. Because I could make it better with just some cheap materials anyway.
Maybe I should make a blacksmith shop? I could make a living that way? Maybe. But for now, I was just waiting for Ozpin to return. He'd left to do something mysterious and odd like usual.
So now I was just sitting around staring into nothing. Before I saw two new screens.
[The demonic Judge of Fire implores you to do something more exciting.]
