As I sat there in disbelief, Mr. Bookings observed my facial expressions. Soon, he began to observe more than just my face. I tried to pretend not to notice because that would make him look more. I tried to concentrate on exactly what I was watching but I couldn't. I continued to watch the video nervously, occasionally pulling my blazer closed.

The meeting only lasted for about 20 minutes. Not munched happened either. They exchanged hugs and papers. I needed to find those papers and know exactly what they were talking about. After the meeting, they hugged again and went their separate ways. Noticing that I found what I was looking for Mr. Bookings turned off the television.

"Anything else I can help you with?" He said walking over to me.

I quickly stood up. "No. Thank you for all you've done." I grabbed my bag and reached out to shake his hand. He grabbed my hand firmly, shaking it and sinisterly smiling. As I tried to pull away, he pulled me close to him, causing me to fall into his arms.

"Are you sure you want to leave?" The blinds in the office were closed and the lights were off from when I was watching the footage. I knew what he was trying to do.

"I'm sorry. I really need to go," I said trying to get away unsuccessfully.

"I'm pretty sure you want to stay here with me," he uttered pushing me onto the small couch in his office. He was on top of me breathing heavily. Emotions rushed through my mind and I struggled to decide what to do. He leaned over against me and began to kiss me roughly, sliding his hands under my untucked shirt. I tried as hard as I could to resist and get him off of me but he wouldn't move.

When he finally got up, it wasn't because he was done. He slowly began to unbutton his shirt smiling. After it was off, he walked back over to me on the couch. He harshly began trying to remove my shirt after ripping my blazer off.

"Stop! Get off me!" I yelled as he tugged my clothes. He kissed me again silencing my screams. When he finally gave up on removing my shirt and continued to kiss me. I was scared. Terrified. I slowly started to feel tears sliding down my face as he pushed his body against mine.

Suddenly he was distracted by the ringing of my phone.

"Shit," he said. Assuming it was his, he growled as he went to search for it. This was my chance to get away, but I knew it wouldn't be that easy. I looked around his office for something to use to protect myself. Luckily, I found a large box on the side of his desk. I picked it up and ran over to see him crouching down behind the desk looking through a bag. Before he could even get up, I hit him on his head causing all the office supplies to fall out of the box. He quickly fell to his knees and passed out.

I watched him lay there and I started crying again thinking about what he tried to do to me. I tucked my shirt back in and put on my blazer. I grabbed my bag and ran out of the office.

When I got in the car, I looked at my phone. I had a Missed call from Ryan. I really wanted to be with him right now. I wanted to hold him. Kiss him. To willing do all the things Mr. Bookings tried to do with me. He left a voicemail. I wondered what he wanted as I pressed play.

"Hey Taylor. Listen, I have some great news that I'm pretty sure you would like to hear. But I want to tell you in person. I know that you'll listen to this message, so be ready at your place at 2:00. I'm gonna leave school early to come see you since you're not here today. See you soon."

My heart raced. Ryan wanted to see me. This was perfect. I needed to clear my mind. I needed someone to talk to besides Kendall and Stacy. A guy who could comfort me. I sped home, barely making it before two. Ryan was there early. When I pulled up, he was sitting on the front stair of the porch.

"Taylor!" He yelled running towards me. "I was wondering where you were." He observed my clothes but didn't say anything.

"Ryan, please tell me what on Earth you are doing here." I said trying not to show too much excitement.

"Guess."

I rolled my eyes. "Ryan, I'm tired, upset, and frustrated. All I want is to-"

"C'mon. Guess." He pushed.

"Ryan, I really-"

"Alright I'll tell you," he smirked as he pushed himself close to me kissing me. I was shocked. I didn't want to let him keep kissing me, but then again, I wanted this bad. I needed it too. A kiss from someone who actually cared about me. I put arms around his neck pulling him close to me. He began pushing me against the car while holding my waist.

"Ryan!" I yelled when I finally pulled away. "What are you doing? I though...I thought-"

"It's okay. It's okay, I broke up with her. I want to be with you. The only one I want is you." He smiled that gorgeous smile and cupped his hands around my face.

"I love you, Taylor" He said looking down at me in the eyes.

"I love you, too, Ryan." I relied. I hugged him tightly. Soon enough, all the emotions that I felt that day started rushing back. We stood in the drive way, with him cradling me in his arms and with me crying into his chest. He carried me into the house as I thought about how hard I tried to resist from falling in love with him again.

Hey Guys,
I know that you're a bit on edge about who her Dad was meeting. And I'm sure some of you have your predictions about who it was. Some of you are probably also waiting for something to happen between Ryan and Taylor. But don't worry. I promise it's all coming in the next chapter. Just hold on and it will be coming in about a week. Thanks to everyone who has and will continue to read.
