3rd Person POV

While the adults try to talk to the military about gaining a ship to Atlas, the Dinobots were asked to stay behind and rest, but rest seems to be the last thing on the minds of some of them. Sludge is practicing his wrestling style to combat against Slash and Slam. Snarl and Swoop are trying some team combos. And Slag is practicing his training against Grimlock. All are in human form, to the puzzlement of Arcee.

Arcee: This is how you guys are training? In these fleshy forms.

Snarl: Our mother's told us never to transform unless a real battle is taking place.

Sludge: Like Two-Wheels said, Robots-in-Disguise.

Arcee: But all your weapons are available in your robot modes, why limit yourself?

Before anyone can answer, the group hears the front door open and the adults walk into the living room. Arcee transforms into her Motorcycle mode and the Dinobots are about to greet their parents when-

Pyrrha: Now, can you please tell us what is the reason for all the secrecy.

Jaune: Yeah, I mean it can't be that bad, right?

Team RWBY hesitantly retell everything they were told by Jinn, about the gods of light and darkness, magic, that this is humanities second time around, and Salem's immortality. Naturally-

Jaune: Rah! *punches walk cracking it*

Ruby: Jaune!

Jaune: All of our efforts and sacrifices, was all for nothing!

Blake: It's not like that.

Nora: *distraught* Really? Cause it sure sounds like it.

Blake: I-I-

Ren: If Salem can't be killed, then what can we do?

Team RWBY and the Dinobots remained silent because they didn't know how to respond.

Pyrrha: Wow. Great thinking everyone.

Even the normally level headed Pyrrha was a little frustrated with everything she didn't know about why they all were here.

Yang: No one said this was going to be easy.

Jaune: Easy?! It's impossible! *starts to walk away*

Slash: *shyly* It's not-

Oscar: Look, none of this is great, we know. But we're not the bad guys.

Jaune: *stops walking* *hostile* Are we sure about that?

Oscar: What?

Jaune: He's in your head, isn't he? Did you already know about this? *angrily walks towards Oscar*

Weiss: He didn't know any of it!

Jaune: *grabs Oscar and shoves him against the wall* How much longer can we even trust him?!

Yang: Jaune!

Jaune: How do we even know it's really-

Slash: Daddy! Stop!

Everyone looks at Slash a little surprised by her outburst. Slash just walks up to Jaune and hugs his leg.

Slash: Please, Papa. No more fighting with friends. *sobs* No more.

Jaune doesn't say anything but looks back at Oscar who is flinching back in fear. Realizing what he's done, Jaune let's go of Oscar and gently pulls Slash off him. Jaune then goes upstairs and slams a bedroom door closed behind him.
